    HORRIBLE; THEY SOLD ME ***** WORTH OF EXTRA USELESS WARRENTYS AND THE BEST PART IS THEY SIGNED THE DOCUMETS THEIR SELVES. WHEN I TRIED TO USE A ********************* THAT I NOW WORK AT A DEALERSHIP AND I TRIED TO USE THE WARRENTY I COUDNT BECAUSE OF THE FINE PRINT SHE SAID I SIGNED AND WHEN THE CONTARCT WAS FORWARED .IS WAS E SIGNIGTURE!!!!!!! IILEGAL I NENER SEEN THAT PAPER IN MY LIFE

    Dealt with ***************** who was absolutely unprofessional. I contacted ***** corporate office on and off for 7 months via email and phone to obtain a refund for an extended warranty. After my line of communication ceased with ****** at the corporate office via email 3 months into this journey, I attempted many phone calls to the corporate office. Most of the time nobody answers the phone. Sometimes I would get someone and they would put me on hold for an hour then hangup on me and then refuse to answer any callbacks. I left reviews on other ALM dealerships pages warning potential buyers of the difficulty they could encounter canceling a warranty and the headache that is ALM corporate. When **** finally returned my phone call, he began the conversation with accusing me of "Harrassment". His accusation was that I called his office many times, which almost all went unanswered. I explained that I was told in September 2023 that my refund check was approved and will be sent to me via ****************** to my ******************* conversation with **** (in January ****) I explained to why I was calling and emailing so frequently. **** then told me that by law he does not have to pay me my refund and proceeded to call me an "ass" due to my instance of calling, emailing, and demanding my money back. I spoke with easycare warranties and they informed me they released the check to ALM automotive group in July of 2023, so I was alittle frustrated to say the least at ****** incorrect interpretation of the law. **** then responded to an email to the ******** Attorney General flat out lying about the situation. **** also attempted to blackmail me by saying he would provide me with the refund, if I took down the negative reviews. I also spoke with a ******** who claimed to be the owner of the Roswell location, also demanded I remove the negative reviews from social media and in exchange he would take care of me and get me my refund.
