    I bought the bonsai c237-b 3 months ago and it stopped working it started smelling like smoke so we unplugged it. I tried to call amazon and i was told to contact the manufCturer. I did And got no reponse. Its unsafe. I want my money back i want this handled

    I purchased a shredder back in march 2024 and I started to have problems with it. Ive been emailing them for weeks regarding the issue and they keep telling me to do things in order to try to fix it. So we tried a few things and it still would not work. Ive sent videos of the issue and the purchase date and order #. I havent heard from the customer support person (***** ******) for 5 days until I get an email from them now stating it is out of the 1 year warranty. What kind of incompetence is this. Clearly it hasnt been a year, but now I know what kind of company they are. So after weeks of emailing them back and forth and trying to get the shredder working again, they want to lie and say it is out of warranty when clearly it is not. Shame on you Bonsaii! And shame on your ***** ****** for not knowing how to do your job

    I bought a paper shredder off of Amazon on my moms account. Had the the thing for not even 8 months and used it maybe a total of 15 times, shredding only 1-3 pieces of paper each time separately and the thing literally sounds horrific, over heats in less the 15 seconds, paper jams, and everything! I read a review of a customer that bought the same product and the sounds they described is identical to what mine does and they said theirs eventually busted open/apart. I am throwing this dangerous piece of junk of which needs recalling in the trash were it belongs, I am not putting my self in danger with the risk of it busting apart and the blades fly out of it or something. Seriously if that review is accurate and the many others of similar issues this product needs to be recalled immediately. Because someone is going to get hurt and possibly very badly.

    I bought a shredder C237-B and got it January 17, 2024 through Amazon (Order # ***-5526405-9260238). I purchased the unit on January 16th.I assembled the shredder and it doesn't work. I made sure it was assembled correctly with the safety switch in the right place.I found out that if I move and hold the power cord it works sometimes but that is now how it is supposed to work. I sent an email to the customer service email on the product. It took them over a week to respond (responded to me on January 26th). I sent another email to them (because what they told me I had already tried and it didn't work - I thought I was pretty clear in the first email) on January 26 (6 hours after they sent me their supposed fix). I still haven't gotten a response and it's now February 16 (21 days or 15 business days) since I sent the original email. This service is completely unprofessional and I either want a new shredder or my money back. I also want a **** against the company for some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    I bought a paper shredder from Amazon from this company I called on November 29. Tell them that the shredder stopped working they asked me for the information, video all stuff that I need to get them started on replacing the shredder as it said I've been waiting since November 29, and they still haven't replaced the shredder.

    I just opened the packing of 2 laminating machines and neither of them are working. The product is not functional and the company is refusing to replace or refund them. They were purchased just 1 year ago and just opened now as I moved and had them packed away.

    Ordered shredder on Amazon. It doesn't work right out of the box. There are small shreds of paper inside - it is a used shredder that *** have been refurbished (??) & doesn't work. I've filed a complaint through Amazon then was told to go to the Bonsaii website to file a complaint. The Bonsaii rep said they don't handle that & referred me back to Amazon. I was on hold with Bonsaii for 20+ minutes, she had a real attitude. The Bonsaii website says to contact them with issues on Amazon purchases. I'm 1) needing a shredder that works 2) delivered to office promptly 3) because I own a clinic I'm unable to do this back & forth 4) the bonsaii website gives the instructions to contact them. SO frusatrated.

    I bought two Bonsaii shredding machines through Amazon. One in June of 2019 with a 3 year warranty for $299.47. The other was purchased in March of 2020 with a one year warranty for $159.99. By June of 2020 both were nonfunctioning. I contacted the company, who requested I send photos, which I did. They then asked me to try some cleaning options, which also failed to fix the issues. They offered to replace the machines. They never did. I re-contacted them in Sept 2020, October 2020, March 2021, June 2022, and now again in October of 2022, each time to again request the replacement machines as per their warranty. They are now, over 2 years later, finally responding again to my requests but only to say that the shredders are NOW out of warranty and they will not honor the warranty claims. I spoke to numerous "help" staff at Amazon, spending hours of my time explaining this to each one. Each one seemed to feel this was unacceptable but just kept transferring me around for hours without any actual assistance. They opened a claim against the company but then closed it without any notification or explanation a few days later. They opened a second claim and then closed it also. Bonsaii has 100% perfect 5 star seller feedback per Amazon, which can't be legitimate, as I gave them 1/5 stars for each product and as a company/seller review. As both Bonsaii and Amazon have made money off of this transaction and neither are willing to help or honor the warranties, as per the sales agreement, both are complicit in this.
