    Purchased 2 Bonsaii shredders through Amazon: 6/19 w 3 yr warranty $299.47 and 3/20 w 1yr warranty $159.99. By 6/20 both were nonfunctioning. Bonsaii offered to replace them but never did. I re-contacted them 9/20, 10/20, 3/21, 6/22 and 10/22. Bonsaii now says theyre out of warranty and wont honor it, despite the prior offer and failure on their end. *** spent hours w Amazon help who have yet to help. Amazon also opens claims to say they will help force Bonsaii to honor the warranty and then close the claims within a few days without any reason. Bonsaii then says they can't help because Amazon closed the claims. They are both complicit in selling garbage and not abiding by their warranties. They also advertise to respond 24/7 but the response emails just say "Hi". Amazon also says that Bonsaii has 100% 5-star reviews yet I gave 1 star reviews to both shredders and directly of the company, so this is clearly false advertising on both of their parts.

    This company is fraudulent I purchased a shredder from this company and I keep getting the run around in regards to a replacement order. When I call the phone number that is listed they tell me they cant help me since I purchased directly from the website. If that is the case why list a customer service phone number on the shredder if they are not going to assist you. The email address no one ever responds I just want my money back.
