    The worst. They replaced my ac unit because they said it was over sized for the sq footage of the home. The new unit struggles to keep the house at 75 degrees during the summer. Then they recommended I needed to pay them to insulate the attic. so I did. Absolute waste of time the ac still struggles to cool the house in the middle of the day. Consequently they said well. Its an older home you really should replace all the windows if you want the ac to function properly. What a sham.. just be honest with folks. Please dont over promise and under deliver.

    R. S. Andrews of Tidewater Do not go with this company! Needless to say that I just paid $400 for a fix that was supposed to be a general maintenance item. This is after I pay the monthly fee for my ac to have general maintenance come look at it twice a year. They never showed up even after the 4 appointments that were rescheduled as they stated there were people without ac, therefore they didnt need to look at ours. I contacted ***, who ttheir quality assurance manager, said he would call me back once he spoke with the Service manager ******. Did I get a call back? No. They have zero regard for their customers or the warranty/scam that they offer.

    0 rating. Bought a new unit $12,000, and had it installed on a Friday Quit working after 2 hours and they didn't show up until 7:30 Saturday night. The new unit needs a new part and will be Monday before it can be fixed. Should have read the reviews. They seem to have alot of problems with new units. DO NOT USE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM.

    I had three units serviced today under RS Andrews' annual service plan. The technician was here for a total of 2 hours. Four parts (2 capicitors, 1 contactor, and 1 hard start kit were replaced (one was free as under warranty). Cost was $1,100 for $100 worth of parts. Spoke to customer service manager who would not disclose price of parts. I'm happy to pay the firm $225/hour to service my system, but don't upcharge me 400% for the parts. It would have been $600 cheaper to buy the parts myself and have them come back and install separately. Price gouging is not appreciated!

    I was charged $163 for five minutes worth of work, I find that to not only be price gouging, but also scummy of a business to charge $163 for 30 minutes of labor on top of a $99 fee to have them come out in service. I will use this business again.

    Management needs to train their employees on how to treat customers. I had a lunatic by the name of ***** scream today at me and don't let me know because she is incompetent enough to not know to explain customers that financing induces fees on the customer side. If my bill with ********************** was $4358 and I have to pay the finance $4500 because they paid RS Andrews $4500 I want to understand why I was not explained that there will be fees. Incompetent ***** also charged my Amex $164 because she said financing didn't pay enough so we are missing $276, which it would have been fine with me to pay if I would have been explained this. Now to have this incompetent employee scream at me over the phone when is the 2nd time she screws it because she doesn't know how to do her job. 2 weeks ago I had to make a 3 way call with her and the finance company because she was too incompetent to charge the amount on time and the window closed on purchased. Instead of trying to make it right and apologize for the inconvenience and we go our way she has the nerve to scream and talk like that to me. I told her I will make a complain to ****** guarantee she told me GO AHEAD. She's not aware on the damage this will make on your company, but like she said I went ahead and did it. Management feel free to reach out.

    Absolutely terrible company. Tried to sell me an annual service, before I could tell them what the issue was. The technician showed up 1 hour late between 1200 - 1700 according to them **** he showed up. Stated I needed a new fan Moter for the low, low price of $1700,00. $1700.00 for a $100.00 fan motor.....Then he tried to suggest I get a new furnace and he knows RS Andrews has a company that can install it. Avoid this company at all costs defiantly you will get ripped off.

    I've been with this company for several years, and their customer service is derfinitely getting worse. They schedule a 4 hr window for their technicians to come out, regardless of whether it's for routine maintenance or repair. They have repeatedly not arrived anytime during the scheduled 4 hr.appointment, nor do they call to report their lateness or reschedule the appointment. Today for example, it is now 3 1/2 hrs past my appointment "window" and I have heard from them only because I called them. This problem has happened repeatedly. I believe part of the reason I'm being treated this way because I'm a woman, and I'm retired. I am very disappointed in this company, especially since they came recommended by a specific review specialist. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Nor will I renew my service contract with them.

    The customer service department make appointments with customers and do not record the appointments in the log book. You wait for a technician to come to your house and no one shoes up. The company lacks communication between the staff. I am not satisfied. I had 3 to 4 appointments changed due to representative scheduling the appointment , but there is no record of the appointment , wait until the last minute to call you to tell you the technician is not coming to your home after ***************'s gave you a 4 hour window of waiting for nothing. This is the worst, the company just don't even call, you have to call them REALLY!!! I AMVERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service staff needs to be trained throughput this company.

    RS Andrews failed to diagnose my system and was grossly unresponsive. We called to schedule an appointment for Saturday. No show. Then Sunday, no show. Then Monday, No show.They finally arrived on Tuesday. Thats two days missed work.They finally arrived and misdiagnosed a compressor. I was charged $109 for a bad diagnoses and late arrival.I had another mechanic come out and they said everything internal to the system was absolutely fine. There was a small clog in our attic pipe that released condensation. The problem was fixed by with a nitrogen blow out.I want my money back. We also WASTED $2000 for a new compressor. Shame on RS Andrews for all of the No-shows and potential robbery.
