    0 stars. Tech Hope came out oh boy did she play ** Company aware of disabled vet wheelchair bound marine Told me our 4ton ac unit shot Need 15k 2 replace. My homeowners insurance not a home warranty but again homeowners insurance requested 2nd opinion I contacted another company who did not know I had already had the system checked. The air was blowing at a cool 65 degrees through vents They looked at fan motor and it needed replaced The final cost of my syst was a cool ****** for part and ninety dollars 2 install. I have notified the Veterans affairs of the rip off also It is a shame that a company would try 2 scam our service men Or anyone else I will also be notifying the depth for the elderly and disabled This is just not ok

    0 stars. I have three HVAC systems. R.S. Andrews has installed two of them in the past 3 years. I have spent over $20,000 between new systems and annual contracts. Last year R.S. Andrews missed their 6 month date by 2 months resulting in my drain line plugging up - water leak that came through my dining room ceiling. That was last November, 2022. I have tried repeatedly to have them come out with NO response from G- the **************** Manager. I posted my frustration on ******** (which DID get a response from M. F. the General Manager, M- was upset that I had done that and promised he would call me after lunch. He didnt, instead M- texted that he had a family emergency that someone would contact me that afternoon (no one did) and that he would call me the next day (4/28/22) he did not. I texted ******* yesterday (5/5/22) a full week later, letting him know that I hadnt heard from anyone - NO RESPONSE! This is not customer service, I have never experienced anything like this. Needless to say Im looking for a new HVAC provider.

    After using this company for 2 years, (winter and summer) maintenance, Ive never had to pay for a filter. Today after this maintenance, I was asked by tech to pay $87 for a filter. I informed him I never paid for one this is my 4th service . If thats the case then I would go buy one myself and pay $40 for one. He calls his manager (******) who tells me that I should be grateful for getting this fee in past that it was a mistake they made. I replied 1 time is a mistake but 2 times is a habit or practice. Then he says if I dont want to pay that they will take the filter out and I can go get my own. I told him this is not good customer service and he replied that if I didnt want to pay , they would take me off there customer list and that I should use someone else ???? Then I asked to speak to his boss which he replied was the owner and that he wasnt going to entertain my complaint. **************** is the key to a great business ****** and there are times when you take a loss , but losing customers over something like this ??? Crazy part is and I still have text is when they sent a reminder, I told them dont forget filter because mine is a different size and they had forgotten 2 previous times. Why didnt they mention then that there would be an additional cost ???

    A total bait and switch. Came to my house, gave me a quote, we agreed to price, then he said ok i have to have someone else who has tools do the work. He came 15 min later and wanted to charge $150 more. I said that is not we agreed to and he replied well, the other person gave the wrong quote and nothing I can do about that. A pure scam as I told them to leave.

    Update...I filed a complaint with the BBB on 07/20/2022 against RS Andrews and an employee that works for them name ******************* that came to my home and purposely damaged my air ducts. Today 7/28/2022 I received a call at 1:45pm from ******* who identified himself as the operations manager. He started the conversation saying ***** has been with the company 14 years and he would never have done that. He proceeded to tell me that he believes I created the damages myself or that the damage were previously there. ******* stated "Everyday someone calls and make false claims against his company" and basically he believes that's what I'm doing. I explained to ******* that I've had 3 inspections done on my home and I have documents to prove these air ducts were not damaged before ******************* entered my home. It wasn't until I told ******* this is not how you handle a complaint and asked him about his email address to provide proof, that ******* finally decided to give me his email address and asked for my documents. I explained to him several times that I was driving and couldnt write the information down nor provide him with exact dates of my home inspections. He never offered to email me his information for me to provide the documents when I got home. He told me if I didn't see ***** with my own eyes, have pictures of him ripping them down or have a recorded video of ***** doing the damage then basically there's nothing more he was going to do regarding this matter. He was closing out my complaint with the BBB and he is done. ******* was very unprofessional and never asked me any questions regarding my complaint, he only called to tell me how ******************* was an upstanding employee and told me that ***** would never do anything dishonest. ******* tried to tell me that ***** showed me pictures and discussed the damages with me which is also untrue. I was told my complaint to the BBB was not the same information that I provided to the representative when I called RS Andrews
