    They did not properly make my teeth. I can't even wear the bottom partial and they won't return just the bottoms. Had another set made after several adjustments and they came in too white. They sent them off to correct the color and it's been Almost 2 weeks later and they still don't have the new set ready. Several appointments to make adjustments and they never made it right. They don't listen to their patient and actually believe that there teachings is the only information they can consider. They are not good at their profession and I feel Terrible for anyone that uses their company. I wear my tops but I have to move my mouth certain ways to try and prevent my jaw from locking up due to my bite being incorrect. They don't have much time to work with you either. So they ask you a few questions and then cut you off to describe what they believe the issue is versus what is actually happening in your mouth. They are certainly not open to other issues that *** be going on. It *** not be important to them for someone to have a decent set of teeth. But I can assure you it is extremely important for the patient. They are there so they can have a nice smile and actually be able to chew their food. They were mostly nice but that doesn't make up for their lack of knowledge. Since this is there primary skill, you would expect a better experience. Note: take time to ask the patients questions and see what is really happening. A brief survey to determine what a person is experiencing so it can actually help you to do your job better. Oh well. ****** learned, right. Oh and no need to apologize for what I have gone through. I don't plan to call you to correct the issue. I saw that reply on another complaint. As if we didn't already try to have the issue corrected through all the other calls and visits.

    I did not have a good experience. My denture and partial were ill fitting and the office was unwilling to help. ***************** refused to come in the room to assist with the issue. They did give a refund for the product I am unable to use however it was not a refund in full. 100% satisfaction gaurantee is not accurate.
