    On the backdoor list to get garbage collected due to disability. Haven't received services since after Thanksgiving. After every trash day Thanksgiving I have to call. Collecting garbage in my house.. They have a bad rating & just left a message to a manager, whose name wasn't acknowledged. There has to be a better way.. They're rght ext door but miss the back door customer. Ironically I paid for the rest of the year already!

    I was charged a late fee for a bill from last July. The bill was paid on time, with proof from the bank and a receipt yet they still said I owed the original monthly charge and late fees. They even removed my garbage bin! *** tried numerous times to talk to them to no avail. I can provide all documentation. I just want them to stop sending bills and stop contacting me!
