  We regret doing business with this company, but when approached by them we had just been hit by a hurricane, and they appeared to be very nice and honest people. However, their work left a lot to be desired. Our roof is crooked, apparently due to them not using a roof starter. It has different lengths all around the perimeter of the house hanging over the edge. Some soffit and fascia boards needed to be replaced, they are now hanging down in places. Boards on top of house which needed replacing, one about 8 has approximately 18 nails in it. Another board has cuts all across the surface. The lap siding boards had to be replaced, one that was very small looks as if it was just filled in with caulk, and not replaced. The owner did say he would redo the repairs, but when he came out, he just kept telling me what a good deal he gave us. I dont want him back to repair, if his workers knew what they were doing, it wouldnt look the way it does. I only wish I could add pictures. We would never use them again, even though we did like them personally.

  ** and **s ******** is full of *******... *********** upgraded their roof to an the insurance company approved them for architecture shingled roof with a lifetime warranty product verses the 3 tab shingle that their insurance company paid for ...Everything on their roof is upgraded ; synthetic underlayment, ridge vents, ice and water shield ,ridge caps and pipe boots to include a five year labor warranty My guys were very professional from start to finish and was supervised during the entire processed.. Their daughters and son in law approved of our finished product and even ** ******** approved of our finished work before making their final payment... Certain comments made my guys feel so uncomfortable due to them being Hispanic.... M/m ******** asked can we give them an estimate on their carport enclosure.... We denied to give them an estimate due to the uncomfortable experience that was given by **s ******** to our contractors .. While working on their home they had another Hispanic contractor paint their bedroom did an excellent job and **s ******** expressed dissatisfaction making them feel uncomfortable as well ... Some people you can't please no matter what you do ....I know we deserve FIVE stars on your project ... Not only did you get a quality job you got it done in a timely manner at a GREAT price ...May GOD bless you **s ******** !!!

  ****** from Creative Upgrades did an awesome job. We are so thankful they came to help us get back into our home after being damaged. Their customer service is wonderful and they try their best to honor our wishes!!! Great company....give them a call if you're in need of reconstruction or repairs!!!
