    The hurricane hit my home and I was looking for a contractor to help me out I was referred to creative upgrades and they didn't let me down.They did everything that I ask for and I'll definitely recommend them to others

    ************************* is a professional and well respected company. They did my roof after ****** hurricane came through and the team did an excellent job!! I would recommend them to any of my family and friends because they do excellent work, they are courteous to the customers and they truly respect the customer wishes! I would give them a ******* if I could, but I am only allowed to give a 5-Star rating. They are truly professionals and ****** ****** is an excellent representative of what treating your customers like people and not a project. He is a great guy and a wonderful person to do business with. His assistant, ******, is second to none and they truly take care of their customers with the utmost dignity and respect. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on your home!!!V/r,*******

    We had ****** and ****** come through our neighborhood and after speaking to them I felt comfortable giving them our business!! We got several quotes and we were very satisfied with both the price and timeline! They kept in close contact with us during the entire planning process and once they did the work we were just as satisfied with it. I have no doubt that this roof will be amazing for years to come! Go with this company, you won't be disappointed.

    Creative Upgrades did a repair job on my roof did a excellent job. They told me they would be out Monday. They came out Monday. Did the repairs?****** was ****** on the spot thankful for the work they have done and the courtesy they showed.

    I would like to Thank Creative Upgrades in their quick response to a roof leak at my mom's house this week. CU installed roofs at my mom's and my house five years ago. We were very happy with the entire experience. I called ****** to let him know about the issue we were having, and he responded very quickly by coming out the same day. Not only did ****** show up to inspect the roof, but he also had ****** with him, whom also I worked with in having the new roofs put on both houses. We were past our five-year labor warranty on the roofs, but they worked with me on price to my satisfaction to complete the job. Needless to say, the work was completed within 2 days of them doing the inspection. I appreciate their quick response and communication throughout this process. CU understands the true meaning of customer service and professionalism. If you are in need of home improvement work, they are a company you can trust to do the job right.

    I'd strongly recommend Creative Upgrades to anyone who has a home project. Eugene and Leslie were a delight to work with and made it clear we understood every step of the process. The team that built the deck were very professional and kept everything clean and organized while getting the job done fast!

    We look forward to doing more projects with them in the future and will recommend them to our friends.
