Buyer beware, this company did me an injustice. Charged me $1550.00 for a door that was damaged and he purchased from a second hand door manufacturer where he paid $850.00 for it. I ignored several red flags. First tried to sell me a patio door, (reg flag) disconnected my alarm wire and didn't reconnect it. Left paint on my high gloss wood floors. Damaged over the door way, when removing the inside trimming, also put the old trimming from the old door back on the door. They took two days to install the door. They left the job for three hours and had to come back the following day to sand the door that had a dent in it (reg flag). They told me the door was from ********** or lowes, but it was from a door manufacturer ****** and sons they deal with. Don't ignore your instincts or early reg flags. Ironically i found this company through BBB, which gave them a poor rating 1.9. When I question the rating he came up with some excuse (reg flag) and said they no longer are rated by the agency that gave them a poor rating. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Lastly, he said he would hold the check I post dated for a day and went ahead and cashed it that night at a local check cash place. They only accept cash/check (reg flag).

***************** is a Liar ...We informed him that a front door from with sidelights from ********** or ****** would be a special order because they don't have them in stock ... So we purchased his door from builders surplus which is not a second hand door company.After installing his door he claimed that his door **** didn't work and that the door had a dent in it . My installer informed me that it wasn't his doorbell . It was his bell that wasn't working that had nothing to do with his door .we then purchased a new bell and fixed his dent .we finished his door the same day but he ask if we could come back the next day to pick up his last payment. We finished on a Wednesday and he gave me a check with a date on Friday. His door is beautiful and we finished it in one day. His check didn't clear at my bank so I cashed it at my friend's check cashing spot which they allowed me to do so.Review fromDana M

5 stars****** is amazing! The process Went smooth no problems. ****** did everything that he needed to do, to get the roof put on the house and dealing with the insurance company at the same time.
