    8/26/2024 Towed my car and couldn't even get their story right 1. Claimed my car had expired tags despite my tags being up to date 2.Claimed my car was inoperable which was bogus 3. In ******* you must contact the police before towing a car, on that previous friday night it was marked as repossessed despite the car being paid off.In the end I still had to drive out of my way to pick up my car and pay the fees on their s**** ****

    My car was ILLEGALLY towed from my apartment complex on 7/9/24 . They claimed I was illegally parked when it was parked in front of MY DOOR . I contacted the local police to report my car stolen! I only sought to call them after walking all the way to the community mailbox and saw a sign . They charged $195 when there should not have been a $25 storage fee as the car had not been there for 24 hours and they charge $175 as a minimum towing fee where GA CODE OCGA 44-1-13 states that it is to be $125

    Towing company doesnt keep regular bus. HoursSome week days they are not open at all and still charge storage fees even when they are not available during regular bus. hours..Tried to contact by phone and in person

    My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex unbeknownst to my knowledge/warning of a possible tow(due to a flat tire). I left for work on 9/21 @ 8p & both of vehicles were home, I return around 3:45a and ******** was M.I.A, I instantly called the police to report my car stolen. The officer arrived & properly assessed the situation, left & called me back 20 mins later stating he saw my vehicle on the back of a tow truck via traffic cam around 4:20a. Later that morning around 10a my leasing office opens, I retrieve as much detail from them as possible. Find out Prontow towed my vehicle. I went back & forth with the manager on the phone before she irreversibly hangs up in my face. Calls back to get the address & cost of the tow! They entered what they wanted into their system about the date/time of tow (which was a LIE), long story shortI get to my car its, no longer on a flat, it wouldnt crank(I crank this car at least once a week) I called my insurance roadside asst. to tow my car to my mechanic, he arrives & jumps the car off (as I notified them of a potentially drained battery) my *************** like a DODGE HELLCAT/CHALLENGER. My car is quietas my insurance tow lifts my car while its running, you can visibly see where my catalytic converter was freshly CUT OFF my car, the reason for the noise! Mechanically there was nothing wrong with my vehicle besides a flat tire, but the young lady insists that it was bcuz of the condition of my car for the reason of the tow! But my car NEVER SOUNDED LIKE THIS AND NOTHING WAS MISSING OFF OF IT. Then I was charged a storage fee bcuz she said my car was towed on ************* was not bcuz I saw my car Thursday at home! I had to pay $225, these ppl are criminal/scammers & I have read the reviews of others about this business and the results are canny! They are thieves and should be shut down, *** already filed a police report bcuz of the vandalism. Taking every measure I can against these crooks!

    Tuesday July 27, 2023 my **** Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed without my permission from my apartment complex. It took 3 days for me to get the information about my vehicles location via a case manager that I have in a program that Im currently in. Which I was supposed to be granted a leniency due to the fact that I just purchased the vehicle and was needing more money and time to register it.

    3/7/2023 - Green slip placed with no business name, location or call back number on my 2010 Dodge Evenger license plate ******* at **************** in *******, ******* stating car would be towed by 3/9 for expired registration if situation was not resolved. 3/7/2023 - Same day; VA registration was renewed at 12:07pm for $39.75 Authorization # ****** registration was effective immediately 3/10/2023- Car was towed from **************** , ******* to Prontow Towing ******************************************************** at 1:58AM despite effectively renewed registration on 3/7/2023 at 12:07 pm. The towing company failed to re-check if the registration was renewed and towed the car to their lot anyways. Then damaged my car in the process of its transfer from Optimistic Lofts garage to their location. The rear bumper was displaced and the clerk on duty *********************** and a woman staff member lied and said my car was already damaged beforehand which it was not.3/10/2023- I was required to pay $200 cash to get my car back PronTow#*********. Prontow, LLC. Then decided to defer responsibility for the VOID/illegitimate tow considering the registration on my vehicle was now current and active to Optimistic Lofts and their leasing office due to me being an out of state resident staying at an AirBnb hosts home . I was still required to pay the $200 fee to get my car back which I want back as a full refund, along with my car being fixed by the company on-site!
