    oh they are legit unorganized and rude. took my car from 35 miles away, I paid the tow fee and was made to walk around in the hot sun for my car that was not even there. They kept telling me to look further and look here and there. My car was not there. I waited another 25 minutes and my car was finally brought to me. They **** and their attitudes were the worst.

    My car was took from my apartment complex because I parked in a handicap didnt have anywhere else to park they never picked up the phone and its no information how to retrieve my car because the number does not work at all my car got took and I cant retrieve it I have to call the police

    I will definitely be filing suit against these crooks for predatory towing practices. I think theyre in cahoots with the slumlords of ********************** Apartments amongst other low income apartments who use the guise of Permit Parking to randomly choose cars to tow in the middle of the night. Preying on the residents of the apartments. Towing is more of a priority at this apartment than maintenance. Had the entry gate been fixed only residents could park in the complex. Although the apartment parking lot is never full it makes me again believe that they are in cahoots with each other. I fully see why this tow company has a 1 star rating. How are you out stealing peoples cars in the middle of the night & early morning. But your office doesnt open until 9.. According to Georgia Law my maximum charge should of been $125 but somehow my bill for being illegally impounded for roughly 5 hours came to $195.. Predatory ****** wont go here. Ill be in small claims court first thing in the morning.

    Thieves, ******* has lied about the price and the location they towed my car from. After waiting 3 days on a manager they charged me for the days I waited. I will be filing a civil suit.

    My car was towed from my apartment complex last night. Apartment security said it was Prontow which is supposed to be a 24hrs but I can not reach anyone on the phone. My Wife and I have tried calling 10 times. I cant Uber there if Im not sure if they are even open. I dont know what kind of business they are running.

    This company towed my Valid and registered car from my significant others apartment . While I told them I have current proof of registration and waiting on the tags to come in the mail they told me it was NOTHING they could do although they took my vehicle and charged me for a properly registered vehicle . On top of the 30 minute wait at 12:55pm when I arrived to the lot , the gate was locked . They claim that if a call was placed to the leasing office I could have been placed on a Do Not Tow list but neither the complex answered nor was there a listed number on the parking warning put there by the tow company . Which was placed 3 days before the tow , 3 days is NOT sufficient enough time to allow the postal service to bring my delivery of my new tags . Very disappointed at my treatment while in Georgia , this company does not care about the people . Very unprofessional
