Dropped off camper for our SCHEDULED repair on 8/1/24 and were told it would take a few days to get the repairs noted and warranty repair approved. After two weeks, we called for an update and were told nothing had been done. We called back on 8/19/24 and were told they would send to ***** ****** for warranty approval but that could take 2-3 weeks. If we wanted a quicker response we could all ***** ****** directly so we did. ***** ****** received the claim on 8/20 and approved on 8/20. We called Blue Compass on the 21st and they had no record of this so had to locate our claim. Once they found the approval, they said parts had to be ordered and that would take 2-3 weeks but they would call us back for a better update. No follow up call so we called Blue Compass on 8/22 and again told us they were still waiting on approval from ***** ****** which is not true. I told them the information again and the lady said she would need to check on everything and call me back. No call back. I called again on the morning of 8/23/24 and demanded a manager. ****** asked for time to research and promised a call after lunch. At 3:30, I had to call ****** back but he was not very helpful though. He did see ***** ****** approved the repairs thankfully but said the camper would not be put in the shop until 8/28/24 and he can't tell me how long the repairs will take. He knows that we are leaving for a trip on 8/29/24 but that did not create any urgency for him. So, if the camper is not usable by 8/29/24, I've lost money on the camping site and will have to pay other accommodations since we still have to attend the out of town event. All of this because our camper sat for 19 days at Blue Compass with zero attention or concern. If the service manager knows the predicament that his company has caused, you would think our camper would be sent to the shop immediately. But that is not the case and that is the upsetting part.Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new Jayco Pinnacle and brought it home on 3/30/24. As soon as I got it home, I notified them about the wires to the wheel sensor being broke. On 4/25/24, I notified them about leaking issues with the camper by sending pictures and videos. Texts were also sent prior to this date regarding the issues. On 4/26/24, I spoke with a man named ******, the manager, about the water damage and he agreed that a refund or new replacement for the camper should be made. I dropped the camper off at Blue Compass on 5/1/24. On 5/2/24, I text ****** about a possible trade for another camper that was located at a Blue Compass location. I called Blue Compass on 5/24/24 to speak with someone about what was going on and no one was available to talk. I was called back by *****, and told him I wanted a refund because so much time had gone by with no communication, and I was told the info would be passed along. On 6/3/24, I called, left a voicemail, was called back by ***** and was told ****, the GM, would call back. **** called back and said he wasn't aware of what was going on and would call me back. 7/9/24, I called to speak with the manager, but spoke with *******, no call back. 7/23/24, I spoke with ****** and was told he would get me answers and never received a call back. 7/29/24, called and spoke with ****** again and was transferred to ****. **** still had no answers after explaining entire situation again. **** then states that he will call back. Received a call back from ******, the original manager I spoke to about the issues, and he was very rude. Stated that I was a liar, and when I kept requesting to speak with ****, he stated "you know the number", and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with ****, and he said that options are warranty, insurance, or trade. Trade number was not given. No one has contacted me since. I just want answers. I've not been able to enjoy it and use it as I intended to, and I'm having to spend unnecessary money out of pocket.Customer Answer

Company was reached out to on 8-6-24 with no call back then I reached out again on 8-27-24 and they still had no answered other than you could have been using the unit. When asked how when the repairs had not been made they had no response. Nobody from Blue Compass has ever reached out stating the repairs were made and the camper could be picked up after talking further with them it was not ready to be picked up. This is a joke and good people get screwed over on a regular without any consequences.

dropped camper off for repairs on 4/12/2024. Specifically told them not to fix anything not covered under warranty. They proceeded to repair two toilets not covered. 5 weeks later and parts are not even ordered. Each time I call I get a different story of why it not complete.Initial Complaint

When I purchased a camper, I paid them to do a walk-through to make sure everything was correct on the camper. When I got the camper home the doors on the cabinets are misaligned and would not shut the USB port on the walls did not work the back and the recliners Was broken and a chains for stabilizers or broken in the paneling in the bedroom was coming loose from the wall. This was a brand new camper. I asked The salesman, if this was a repossessed or someone else had bought it and returned it unit he said it was new. I said no way with everything. I could not believe a company would put something like this out with so many manufactured defects. I paid them over $700 to do an inspection and make sure everything was working on the camper which they did not do I was in contact with it. A lady named ********. All I could get was from her was I’ll get back with you. Couple months went by heard nothing took the camper, turned it in for warranty work April 11, 2024 well within the one year bumper-to-bumper warranty after six weeks all I get is they’re still ordering parts. I’ve tried contacting the management. All I get is he’s out. I’ve contacted the corporate office. cannot get anybody returned your phone callInitial Complaint

I heard from the company ,In an Text It said they they may call me in seven days ,that message came 1/09/2023. The Blue Compass Rv Dealer where I purchased my motor home will not reply to my many text messages I have sent to them ,I was given a corporate number but no one answers. So it would seem to me Blue Compass RV has no intentions of dealing with my concerns about issues with my Motor Home , I replied to the text stating I did not see why I had to contact corporate when I filed the complaint with them as well as the dealer .As stated I have tried to call the number given me with no one answers .It rings numerous times and then just cuts off. if I read your reply correctly they have not reached out to you as well.
