      in October 2024 a tree had fallen on our RV. It took them over 3 1/2 weeks to get a quote to our insurance., then it took them another few weeks to get that done this took us around Thanksgiving, and they called and said we could pick up RV. So we came to pick it up and it turned out. They hadn’t completed everything on the list of repairs. So we had to leave our RV again. Because I took so long we ended up canceling our Christmas camping trip with our RV and made other arrangements to go out of town.. around New Year’s we came and picked up our RV. That is when the Jack still wasn’t working and it turned out that it needed a new battery and nobody could be bothered to tell us about it. It was extremely frustrating, our RV was tucked far in the back by a fence line crowded with other RVs. Normally they at least bring it out into the middle of the yard and they didn’t even bother to do that.. we had to have someone come out and give the RV battery a jumpstart that we can get the RV home because we couldn’t lift the jack, anyways we finally pulled out got the RV home and now we’re putting the cover on. We noticed a huge scratch on the side. So when I left a Google review, the company reached out and they said that they wish I had told them about the scratch before we had left. Because they can’t prove that it was done by them.. well we couldn’t even get to the back of the RV because where they had the thing parked, and nobody was there to help us. They did offer to buff out the scratch, but quite frankly, I didn’t trust them with the RV after such a lack of communication and all of the problems that we were having.. we definitely won’t be back.

      if I can give it less than one star, I would!
      The sales manager is uneducated on his job
      The technicians were absolutely wonderful with the information provided to them. The sales staff is terrible, and after the sales service was even worse I bought A brand new motorhome they never even tested any any items on it I was out on the road and had a hack repairs four days after purchase terrible terrible terrible customer service. I can’t say anything nice about the dealership.

      Do not take your camper to have it fixed at Blue Compass RV. We took our Arcadia 5th wheel to them for a recall. When we would call, if they answered, we would get answers like waiting on parts or we got the parts and it’s been pulled in our shop, then they would said waiting on parts the next time we called. Then we got a call that they found a hole on the front cap and they wanted us to call our insurance company and they would fix it while it was there. When we took it in for the recall, there were no holes or damage to the camper. I asked for pictures, I never received them. I kept calling but could not get them to answer. We had to drive up there, it’s over an hour from our home, we found our camper damaged, hole in front cap, bands were loose, scrapes etc. it had not been covered from the rain, so more damage. They claimed they didn’t damage the camper, we found the same color of paint that’s on their building on our camper. We called the police and had a police report done. We were advised to take the camper somewhere else before any other damage could be done. Needless to say the recall had not been done or a few other things we were wanting them to check while it was there. We took our camper to another service center. Now we are having to pay our 1000.00 deductible, and probably higher insurance premiums because of their negligence. We have video of our camper leaving our home the morning we took it to Blue Compass with no damage. They claimed we signed an agreement that any damage done while on their premises they were not liable.
