    Chris H***** our sales rep was fantastic!! We came in on a Saturday to look at a 2013 Newmar Bay Star and was not disappointed in the way it had been represented on the website. The process was simple and we purchased the coach that day. The service after purchase was a bit strange but was explained and it makes since. The only suggestion I would have to them is educate your sales staff on the basics of operating the units, I know most coach’s are a bit different but they all share similar features and functions. I was so pleased with them my parents also purchased one there as well.

    They had 2012 written on the windshield of the motorhome and it was a 2011. They said it was 34 foot long and it was 33 feet. They claim they checked everything out and everything worked as it should. However we went two blocks down the road to a campground and the levelers wouldn’t work. Since there was no warranty they wouldn’t do anything to help us.
    This business misrepresented everything and they wouldn’t even allow you to test drive the motorhome. I would not trust them or recommend them to anyone.
