This repair shop has received money from my insurance company to fix my car. My car has been in the shop 2 weeks now with no work being done. On day 4 of my car just sitting there, I told king and his secretary that I did not want them to fix my car anymore. The minute I said that he sent someone to take the doors off my car so I cant get my car. Ive have been reaching out to them and none of them call me back. When ***** finally reached out, she told me my car will be ready Sunday 9/29/24. It is now Wednesday 10/2/24 and my car is not ready. In fact its still in the same spot untouched from two weeks ago. My name is ******************** my address is *********************************************************************** Im having a issue with a automotive shop regarding my vehicle that they have and is suppose to be worked on a long time ago they had my vehicle for 4 months so far and the company name is King Automotive repair and collision in ********* the address for this location is ***************************************** Back in 8-22-23 I paid ***** in finance for my vehicle to get fixed i have a black ************************************ the price for the job would be ***** but I financed ***** before everything was suppose to get worked on Its been 4 months so far and my vehicle still isnt done everytime I ask the boss when my car will get done he wont answer me and its been a long time since I aint had got my car yet .. My car was tow to Kings shop on 5/26 for repair for oil pan, bumper , condenser etc. It was a claim from my insurance, but they didnt have any of theirs repair shop available . So they ask me to find one. They had my car for almost a two months. When I finally got my car , my check engine light came on with low oil. So I check my oil had no oil in my engine and I check under the car I saw oil and screws missing. I contact King ***** they tow my car back to the shop which take a two days. I got my car back and I asked was I going have any more problems with my car again . He nodded his head like no . He didnt spoke or nothing . Oh by the way you cant get in touch with him my the phone. He never calls back. But anyway. My car was jerking real back and it just stop on me. I was able to get it to dealership to see what was wrong. Come to find out they put gorilla glue on oil pan , they didnt fix my condenser and so much another stuff they did to my car. I call progressive they also did a inspection on it can said the same thing . They did a half job on my car. Nothing was fix right . I would like them to issue a refund for the repairs to get my car fix right. Cause I cant drive my car like thisInitial Complaint

King's ********************** Repair has never done the work on my car. They order the motor. One of the worker Ms. **** stated the the motor came in the Month of March so they had to send out to get another motor. Mr. ***** has had my van since January 2023 ************ has been paid and no work has be done on my van. Talking to Mr ***** he started that he lost the contract on his building and had to go to court while taking care of his business he stated that my van will be ready by the end of April,2023 still no van. From January until June 22 2023 my son has found another company to do the work on my van. The new company pick up the car and will be putting in the motor. I do not want *************** to do the work I just want my money back. This situation has taken a total toll on me my husband is bedridden and I'm his caregiver I be taking Lyft rides to get around and renting a car just to get food and supplies in the house. I just want my money back so that I can paid the other company that are doing the work now on my **** my van is set up as a disable van wheelchair accessible. When I purchased this car, I had the owner of the business come out and inspect the vehicle before purchase. He informed me that the vehicle needed a few touches, but nothing serious. I had **** of work done to my vehicle, but it broke down. I took it to another shop and had it inspected and they provided me with photos and documentation I showed the finance company that the work done to the vehicle was not up to par and they canceled my account They told me that the work that was initially going to the vehicle was not completed. I took my vehicle back to King and it has been sitting at the shop for two months almost three months now Ive had to cancel my insurance every time that I try to call down there I cannot get a single person on the phone. I initially took my vehicle to them and paid in advance for an engine to be installed, after being promised a certain date my car was not done by then and upon them finally reaching out to notify me it was done I found out only a day or two later that the work was done incorrectly when my car started to run hot and the engine blew! After ignoring my calls and trying to put the problem on me I had to appear to the shop multiple times and after seeing my consistency they took responsibility for their bad work and promised to provide me with a working engine and fix the problem ! Time went on and the problem was never fixed I call no answer I go to the shop and I get the run around u til I finally tell them I can have another auto shop do the work just provide me with what you owe me which is a working engine didnt demand payment back just wanted a engine in the same condition the one I provided was in ! They initially sent me an incorrect engine , and had to send it back after my mechanic notified them there was nothing he could do with that because it was not the engine for my vehicle! After sending that engine back they provided me with another engine and after being provided with this engine I went to my mechanic and supplied out of my pockets all needed parts and accessories for the process to be done and paid them for labor only to find out that the shop had provided me with a faulty engine with bad compression in two of the cylinders which cause a misfire and me not to be able to pass emissions to get a tag for my car ! Ive been to the shop multiple times and have on record receipts and text messages from the owner in regards to all issues! The only time I can get any answers is when I physically show up because they dont answer phone calls and even when I show up the owner is never there often times the receptionist is never there either ! Instead of the owner doin what is right and providing me with a good engine he tries to tell me to contact the place
