This dude got some nerve! My daughter took her car to him over 2yrs ago (against my wishes). She paid him in full, over 2k for repairs. He, as usual, kept putting her off and this continued FOR OVER A YEAR! During that time another family member went to the shop but was fed bs atleast twice. I don't know if he lost his shop but at some point the shop was supposed to be moving. We spent another atleast 6 months trying to reach him. Whenever the lady answered the phone she'd give a lame excuse or act like he's going to call back. I suddenly get a certified letter in the mail from a towing service/ yard way in ********. NOWHERE NEAR HIS SHOP! They have the car and has had it since the 17th. Idk why he think this bs is going to fly but I can't wait to get my lawyer on this. I will see ***** in court. THE ***** OF THIS MF!

I paid the owner over $1000 for spark plugs. When I got my car back. The heat stopped working and then yhe car stopped working. He took it back to the shop so that he could work on it. He dodged me for 2 months about the update on my car. I finally had enough so I ordered a tow truck to pick it up and drop it to the ***** Dealership only for them to tell me that whoever worked on my car blew my engine. Which costs $12,000. All I asked was for him to reimburse me the money I paid for the initial repairs. He agreed but I havent seen on cent. Dont take your cars here.

This is the second time I've taken one of my vehicles to them. I should have learned the first time not to let these people touch your car. The first time was for a front end alignment . They told me the ball joints and tie rods were wore out. That's why I was having it aligned. Because the ball joints and tie rods had been replaced a week before. This time I had valve cover gaskets replaced. When I got there to pick it up there was green fluid splattered all over the windshield, all over the valance and running down the side of the truck. The cruise control also no longer worked. After inspection I found they had broke the vacuum line and decided to just shove it in the protective mesh to cover it up. Very simple fix. Reconnect the plastic line using a small piece of rubber vacuum line. Instead they chose to hide it my guess is so I would bring it back for them to charge me to fix it. No telling what that 2 inch piece of rubber vacuum line would have cost me. I strongly advise you not take your vehicle to them. None of mine will ever go back to them!!!!

was very unfortunate that this happen and took extended time, we try to offer the best solution to our customer and may not use dealer parts if aftermarket or high graded used parts will work. In your case, the used part was not applicable and it was the WINDOW MOTOR that was needing to come for the dealer in which the dealer had to special order the part. We did advice you of the change. The difference was only the cost of the window motor we did not charger you any additional labor cost or taxes just the difference in the cost we paid to the dealer. We thank you for choosing us to repair your window. If we can assist you in the future, we are here.
