      I found this company via internet search after my usual auto repair shop didn't have any availability for several weeks (Mineke). So in hopes of finding another decent alternative I contacted mobile vehicle mechanics I spoke to the owner by the name of ***** who then scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out to my house the next day at 4:00 p.m.When the technician arrived I told him of what "I thought" the problem might be and left him to do the work. I have camera surveillance on the exterior of my home and was able to see the mechanic sitting in my car with a device connected to the inside of my car (diagnostic/reset device) for most of the time that he was there which was no more than about 30 mins.He rang my doorbell to inform me that the work had been done but I noticed right away that something was "off" and not right. The first red flag was the fact that I was told by ***** that their process was $125 for diagnostic and once it was complete if I decided to go ahead with the repair then that amount would go towards the cost of any parts and the total cost of the job.However, this technician NEVER gave me a diagnosis! It was as if he just went off what I had told him at the start and ran with that idea instead of doing the actual work of discovering what the problem was. The point where I decide whether I wanted the work to done or not NEVER came, just like the diagnosis never did. He told me that he had replaced two bolts but there were never any bolts missing!He told me that "IF" my light came back on (check engine light) then.......my catalytic converter was bad which I knew that to be untrue as well because of repairs that were done by ******. But just this being the first thing that he days to me after "fixing" my car was another red flag.Less than a week later my check engine light was back on! This guy was shady and couldn't even look me in the eye as he was explaining to me what he had done to repair my car!I reached out to

      On June 17 2024 I paid a ****** diagnostic fee On June 20 2024 I paid ****** for parts they told me I needed during my diagnostic I paid for On June 21 2024 I paid ****** for the mechanic labor fee for coming and doing the repairs My vehicle was not tested after parts were placed and ***** the owner gave me his word Jamaica the Sr ******** would return and get me up and running that never happened and all my emails are now being avoided and this company refused to send me a refund to get my car working my car is not running still

      Over the past year, I was lead to believe that this business had a standard of excellence which is why I had consistently used them for all of my mechanical needs. However, I am extremely disappointed in my last interaction with this business, which is while they will NEVER receive another ounce of business from me or anyone that I affiliate myself with. On 2 separate occasions I was misquoted. Once on a quote for a part required for my car in a previous experience and just yesterday for labor that was required for my car. On Wednesday February 14th, 2024 I was told by ******** **** that the labor for my Radiator Cooling Fan would be $150 and agreed to book an appointment for LABOR ONLY at 9am Thursday February 15th, 2024. My mechanic arrived at 3:05pm. AFTER 1 hour he completed the work and upon payment I was told I owed $400. When I called to question why there was a $250 difference. I was simply told We apologize you should not have been told that but payment is required as the mechanic has already completed the work. So, the only thing professional about my experience was the mechanic who completed my work and ******* the receptionist who always answered my calls and reassured me that a supervisor would reach out to discuss a resolution. As of 7:20am on Friday February 16th, 2024. I have still not received a phone call. By the ***** of God, I had the additional money to pay the mechanic, but that extra money was my grocery money to feed my disabled child with dietary restrictions. And what would happen if I didnt have that money? Im extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, rectification, accountability, and ethical integrity of this company.
