  I WISH I'D COME HERE SOONER!! I honestly am going straight to a suit. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was scammed and ripped off. I am currently filing a small claims court suit against this company. Mr. *** charged me $375, made me buy $100+ worth of my own parts and didn't even do the job correctly. He told me and I quote "thats above me." As a mechanic, the job is above you?? An 1.5 hour job turned into 3 hours. I had to pay another mechanic to do an actual diagnosis and tell me how bad he messed up my car. I either want my $500 back or I'm filing for wayyyy more than that $500 bc I have to pay another $1500 to fix my vehicle the correct way. And i have to miss all week of work for this. Just look at the low reviews and RUN! I wish I did ??

  We've had car trouble for the past week and have seek help from your establishment, but we've received nothing but unprofessionalism and lack of communication. Not only are we still not able to operate the vehicle, the appointment we set for today wasn't fulfilled.We are asking to be compensated for the $150 given to the mechanic that was sent on the 28th of March named ****** as we were promised someone who has experience in working on hybrid vehicles named *****, as well as, the $170 spent on the battery replacement. Please respond to our emails as this is unacceptable and hurting our finances.Additionally, *****, you informed my mother that you worked on Hybrid Cars before. YOU were the one who told her that your daughter had a hybrid car and YOU were able to help her with it. We were under the impression that you previously worked with Hybrid cars based on what YOU said. Instead of coming at me, especially when you couldn't communicate properly and tell us that there wasn't anything else you can do, as well as, not fulfilling the appointment previously set by my mother. ******************* instead of you stating that initially, you wasted our money and time. Also, we asked for OUR CAR TO BE LOOK AT not just a simple battery change. I don't care about your sob story. I only care about getting our money back. You have done this to several people. I can literally scroll through ****** reviews and Yelp and see countless people you've scammed. The only thing I want to hear from you is that the money that was stolen from us is returned. If you aren't competent enough to be an expert in your line of work, then leave. ****, ****** didn't even show up yesterday like he was supposed to. Y'all change the appointment time then ghosted us. You know you're wrong for what you've put my mother through, and I hope no one else has to ever do business with you. Once again: Refund our money. You are not the victim. We are.

  Do not use this business for car repair!! I initially contacted them on 1/27/25 because my car wouldnt start. ***** said theyd come out diagnose and repair the problem that day. I have been without my vehicle since. They came, said it was a starter and supposedly replaced the starter. My car wouldnt start the next day. They came back a week later, stating the part was bad and a replacement was on back order. After two attempts at replacing the starter my car is still not running. I feel scammed out of $450. I was told by ***** that someone would come out to check it and I havent heard from him since. This has been a nightmare, and has cost me thousands.

  If I could give zero stars I would! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY they are so unprofessional I paid to get my car fix and was suppose to get it done that day I couldnt get in touch with anyone for days I thought I was scammed out of my money when I finally got ***** back on the phone he said my part was on back order and thats the reason the mechanic ******* didnt come but they had the part and would put me on the schedule for that next day 11 a.m so I waited til the next day went on to 2 p.m when he finally showed up something told me it wasnt going to go right so I stayed outside with him the whole time ******* LOST A PART so took 2 hours looking for it before he said he didnt need it and could use something else when I asked was he sure he said yes after he supposedly fixed it I tested drove it and asked why the lights arent going of off he stated they just need to reset and would do so in a couple hours so I believe him a tipped him still because I believe Im hard work 2 days went by and my car still wasnt running correctly I called back & texted the number with no response got in touch with them months later when ***** told me he would send someone out nobody ever came and here I am now with no running car after spending $900 to get my car fixed and KIEPH HAS NOTHING TO SAY!! Please save your money dont waste no time of these people. God blessed

  I originally reported this business as a scam, however they have finally made good by refunding my money. They showed integrity and said the delay was due to ordered auto parts coming from *****.

  Unexceptable repair on my truck, and I can't get them to return to do the job correct or refund my $305.00.I talked to them about returning but no show now I can't get in touch seen like the phone has been disabled.The person that half did the repair was ***********************************

  I contact Mobile Vehicle Mechanics with them being near the location where my vehicle wouldn't start. After working with customer service to set an appointment for the next day and was given a cost for service call, which I thought was reasonable. **************** was supper, looked up information on my vehicle and provided estimates for possible parts needed. The following day customer service rep made contact with me to let me know that the mechanic could arrive earlier than scheduled. Once he arrived and assessed my vehicle, went purchased parts my car was ready within an hour. I would certainly call them again.
