      This has been an on going problem for a minimum of 6 mos. Minimum. They simply do not provide the service we pay for, curbside trash pick up. I have called, left voice mail, emailed and left message via ********* I spoke with the owner 1 time, 3 days ago, with a promise to call me back. Nothing from her. No call back, noo trash pick up. I have 3 weeks this time of trash at my curb to pick icked up. Our pick up days are to be Mondays. It's now Wednesday 4pm.

      I paid for weekly trash service on July 1, 2022. My trash has been picked up only twice since. I had no trash pick up on the following dates- July 6, 13, 20 August 10 and 17. Every time I call no one answers and the voicemail is always full. I have tried to text and received one reply but my trash is still rotting at the end of my driveway. They have a ******** page that they claim they can't access but people are leaving posts about the same problem. I just want my trash picked up, a refund and people to be made aware these people don't run a sufficient business. They don't pick up your trash on time and never answer the phone.

      The Trashman Sanitation has been my waste management company for 4 years. I just paid for 3 months of trash pickup. They have not picked up trash in over 3 weeks. Phone calls to the business are fruitless , as they end ** in a voicemail box which is full. There have been no phone calls, letters, email, texts or any other form of communication from the company explaining the lapse in service. I would like a refund of $54.00 for the 3 months I paid for that was not provided. I have since switched trash companies. The only means of communication I have now with the company would be a letter through the US mail or on their ******** messenger. I am not confident they are monitoring either. Please help. Thank you in advance.

      I pay Trashman Sanitation quarterly for residential trash collection. I am fully paid up until 9/30/2022. The last time my trash was collected was on or around June 17, 2022. After the first missed pick-up on the weekend of 6/24/2022, I spoke to a representative who told me they would come up to pick up my trash on my regularly scheduled day (Friday) and credit my account. Since then, I have continued to call the company and leave voicemails, but no one has contacted me, nor has the trash been picked up. I drove out to ************************************************************ (an address I found via ****** search) on 8/9/22 to be told that the proprietors no longer have a physical office space and that I should text them. The people I meet said that they collect money from customers on behalf of Trash Man Sanitation and text the owners to collect. I told them that I had called and contacted them via their ******** page, but I'd try texting as well. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this company and helping the many people online and me recover our funds from what appears to be a fraudulent organization.

      Paid for services that are not being rendered, cannot get a live human to answer or call me back, simply a text occasionally saying some sort of excuse why garbage has not been picked up and not much they can do.
