    My complaint about BR Auto comes after months of attempting to get my vehicle repaired. I have spent over $13k at BR Auto, yet my car still needs thousands in repairs. Partially because the body shop performed substandard work with cheaper parts than were agreed upon and paid for, and partly because BR Auto has left work unperformed (front fender, left front vent, headlamps condensation, non-OEM hood non-spec, dozens of paint imperfections, and even paint runs on parts).I waited weeks for an appointment to take my car in today for what was supposed to be a final visit. Instead, the owner was not at work and the person at the front desk who called him when I arrived, handed me the phone. The owner, ************************, informed me that I would not be getting my car back today and should call the insurance company to arrange for a rental car. He would not provide an estimate on completion. I attempted to ask him questions but he said he would be in in about ********************************************************* Over the past ********************** has refused to return any of my phone calls or respond to my questions by email. At this point, thousands of dollars of repairs need to be completed: Both headlamps have condensation inside the sealed units - ***** confirms this will destroy the motors for the adaptive lights over time,The front right fender has a large area that shows scratch marks and sanding which was not "blended",The left front driver passenger air vent blows air when it should not The hood on the car too heavy and is non-OEM, this is despite BR Auto saying only OEM parts would be used, my insurance company confirms they paid for ***** part # KBY0-52-31XB to be installed - ***** of ******** confirms the hood is not OEM I asked ****** to confirm the work they would do on the car today. I asked him to look at the right front fender and the car hood. He refused. I asked him to have a technician look at the car, he refused this as well.
