Do Not Use This Business.I've now had a third independent review of the work and there has been so much fraud in a $13K repair that my insurance adjuster has turned the case over to the insurance company's fraud unit.I suppose BR Auto (Renan) thought if he treated me badly enough and put me off for enough weeks that I would just go away, however, one way or another they will be compelled to repair the damage they have caused.

I took my 2020 Lexus ES350 that had significant damage to the side door and rear end to BR Auto for repair. The repairs that were done were done very poorly. I took my car to the dealership for normal maintenance after getting the car back, and they showed me the back bumper had a s**** missing and the clips to keep it on were not on. With the bumper being like this, it was able to fall off easily. Also, one of the four sensors on the bumper was not replaced and was broken and fell into the bumper. BR states they replaced that particular sensor, but it was clear to the dealer that it was an old sensor and was not replaced. I had to have to replaced myself from the dealer. Other pieces around the edging of the bumper and brake lights were broken and fell off when touched or moved. The bumper has many places around the edges that are not repaired correctly and rough and not painted. The side door that was replaced shows the welding around the four sides and is not smooth as the other three doors are. The handle put on the door was not painted on the inside and is rough. The hood was also painted in the corner, which did not need to be. There was no damage to the hood but the color used and feathered in to the rest of the hood was the wrong color and there are light spots in that area now. Two tires had to be placed and the tires installed were the incorrect tires and different than the other two on the car. The owner of the shop told me that is why I receive a diminished value check from my insurance company because the vehicle will not be like new again. Not only was the service performed poor the insurance company denied parts of the claim due to the cost being so high and I had to pay part of the bill to get the car back. I also had to pay for a new battery on my new car because I was told the original was cracked. The owner was rude throughout our conversations and I am very unhappy with all work done at BR Auto and don't trust anything they did to the car.
