      Buyers, please read every review you can fine about this company. We purchased our floors in September 2020. at that time installation was free and all we had to pay for was the flooring. We picked a product and was told it was their top of the line product. In May of *********************************************** our kitchen. We ended up hiring a licensed independent floor inspector who found that indeed the installation was improperly done. It was separating down our hallway and other rooms as well. We also found out through 50 Floor it was ****************************** better LVP. The floor is splitting and coming up the kitchen and other areas of the house. It has been almost a year now that we have been trying to get this resolved. They did offer to sale us the upgraded flooring and the installation would be free, but we had to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and the floor would only have a 1-year warranty. The fact that they wanted us to sign this agreement made us very weary of going through with this and therefore this was reported to General Consumer Complaints at the ************************. They reached out to 50 Floor 3 times, but they never responded back to them. We are therefore committed to letting people know just what they could be getting into. We spent a lot of money on these floors and will never refer this company to our friends or family when asked. Read all you can, dig deep into these reviews. Don't spend your hard-earned money on floors that do not hold up. Do your homework and if you have a problem do not give up, we certainly will not.

      We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we've received from ***********************. Our experience has been marked by miscommunication, misrepresentation, and a clear lack of follow-through on basic promises related to safety and quality.From the beginning, we trusted this company to deliver a safe, professional staircase installation, especially after being reassured by their sales representative. Unfortunately, the installation did not meet those expectations. We received instead, a staircase with uneven planks that pose a real safety hazard in our home. Weve already experienced multiple trips due to misaligned planks, and were deeply concerned about the risk of serious injury, especially with children or older adults using the stairs.Even more frustrating, their installer, who originally performed the flawed work, returned and acknowledged the issue. He recommended replacing the material with a single hardwood tread to ensure safety and durability. Instead of taking responsibility, 50 Floors insisted on charging us more money to fix a problem that was caused by their guidance and installation.The company falsely claimed that we threatened legal action, something we never did. This misrepresentation not only undermines their credibility but further reflects the lack of professionalism weve experienced throughout this process.Weve made a financial commitment to this company and reasonably expect a commitment in return: a safe, well-installed staircase. At this point, we have no resolution, no accountability, and no meaningful response from management, despite repeated emails and attempts to resolve the issue amicably.This is not just about customer service, its about basic safety and a companys willingness to own its mistakes. We sincerely hope 50 Floors reconsiders its current stance and takes responsibility before someone is hurt. Until then, we cannot recommend this company to others.

      My fiance and I met with ******* today to go over a plan for new flooring. It's an exciting time for u because we just recently got engaged. ******* spent well over 2 hours with us going over multiple quote options and flooring options until we were satisfied. ******* got to know us and made it very personable. We were pleased with the service and our looking forward to completing the flooring project with him and 50 Floor.

      I dropped mine down to 1 star don't pay attention about 50 floors on here when they say we get back to you asap it's been a month since they said that on here BBB I think they do that just to get a good rating from the BBB I'm dealing with a warranty issue for a few months now I doubt that I'll ever get this warranty issue solved by them , remember whatever kind of warranty that company offer you it isn't worth anything if they don't want to handle it for you

      I had high hopes when working with 50 Floor, especially after my initial meeting with the salesperson, who was knowledgeable and friendly. However, the rest of the experience fell far short of expectations.First, I was only offered luxury vinyl plank (LVP) optionsdespite expressing interest in seeing other types of flooring. The samples I was shown were much thicker and higher quality than what was actually delivered. The product I received was noticeably thinnerabout a fourth the size of the samplewhich felt misleading.Installation was also frustrating. The team arrived with instructions to remove the existing flooring and lay the new floors, but they refused to pull up the old flooring because it was glued to the concrete. I had to escalate the issue and call the supervisor I had been in contact with, who then had to intervene and instruct the crew to do the work they were originally contracted to ****** of the biggest disappointments was the subfloor preparation. I was reassured multiple timesby the salesperson, supervisor, and installerthat any necessary leveling of the concrete would be handled. Despite these promises, no self-leveling was done at all. The installers laid the new LVP directly over an extremely uneven subfloor. I raised concerns during the install and was repeatedly told they would take care of itbut it never happened.The finished floors are visually attractive, but every step you take, you can feel dips and uneven spots. I had both the installer and supervisor return to assess the work, and while they both acknowledged the unevenness, they brushed it off as within spec. There are 2030 noticeable dips throughout my floors, and now Im left stuck with an uneven installation that does not reflect what was promised.

The office manager **** will harass you when you tell him no repeatedly via ****** voice and email and then question your integrity.       This is my first ever review, it's taken almost two years, but the men that put our floors in were very good at there job, given the tools they had. I regret getting these floors every single day. I can't walk around barefoot, because there's so many parts and areas of the floor that are coming apart, and sticking up, it's soooooo ridiculous. I'm so upset, and wish I had never used 50floor. When they came to estimate, the salesman did not communicate that our old floors were glued down, so the men that installed our floors worked there a** off to get them off, with that said, it left alot of holes in our sub floor, they needed some kind of sealant or something to put on our sub floor to even it all out... And since it wasn't communicated to them, they did non have it, so it wasn't used. That was a s*** show in it's self. So they eventually got our floors pulled up, and put in the new floors. I had no idea why that sealant was so important. Until i *******. The floor itself were beautiful, and they did great, it was just the underneath part, that was Not there, from them chipping away our old floors.. So the main walking areas, we had them come back and repair, the one *** said they would have to rip it all out and level the sub floor, but when a different man came, he just did the certain areas.. But that took to long as well, going back and forth, It should not of been this way.. Now two years later, still paying for floors I wish I never installed.. it's like I'm finding a new board sticking up everyday.. It's actually ********..We spent alot of money to not love these floors. I can't imagine what it will be like in another year.. I hate to be so negative, but I wrote this review to help anyone out, and strongly urge you to use anyone else... I'll give it to the salesman, there good, but that's there job. Do don't give in. Please use another flooring company. You'll thank me later.

      Literally the worst experience. We paid $8,000 for carpet in 4 bedrooms. We told the sales guy we have dogs and teenagers so we bought what he told us was stain proof/resistant carpet. This is not at all the case as weve had the carpet for just over seven months and it already has several stains and we take shoes off, shut doors so dogs cant get in, and we dont eat or drink in bedrooms. Its cheep carpet that holds the stain. The exact opposite of what we were told! We called our salesperson to put in a warranty claim. He sent us to an 800# which is an outsourced group that barely speaks English. Called 3 times now, left messages on voice mails and no return call. Texted the sales guy again and no response. In addition they didnt measure one of the rooms correctly so cut the carpet short by an entire strip. Then they put down a strip of separate carpet leaving an unsightly seam. So unprofessional. We had ordered hard wood for our closets. They kept scheduling installation then canceling because they could not source the materials. According to them! Isnt this a carpet/flooring company? Why cant you source materials youre selling? We want what we were promised. We were told if the carpet stains it will be replaced in the first year! Empty promises and potentially a scam of a company.

      Do not use 50 Floors. Workers were 2 hours late and now say they can't finish job today. Contract did not account for glued down floors (being removed), nor for the fact that there are no baseboards in closet, so they can't finish with corner round. I had to pay the balance before they started working today. The floor itself, though LV, is cheap and thin. The "underlayment" is plastic sheeting from **********. When i asked for the managers phone number the worker said there isnt one and that he has to call customer service just like everyone else. When i complained to management I was accused of "hovering". I will NEVER use 50 Floors again.
