      I have never been so angry at company in my entire life!!!!!!! My husband and I had hired 50floor to come out and refloor our entire forever home in ******, **. We spent ********* to have the house done and the jobs was beautifully done. I did have to move a lot of furniture myself without help do to my husband being a disabled war veteran, which I was okay with that. It was scheduled for 4 days of work, they had it done in 3 days. The person that was over the job had to order a piece of quarter round to go at the bottom of my staircase. I waited a couple weeks no one called about the quarter round and found the piece was never ordered nor was the scheduled appointment acknowledge. So, I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday morning. I was up at **** waiting for that piece to be installed, guess what no one showed up for that appointment so first thing Monday morning there was another phone call to the office to see what happen to our appointment on Saturday (we couldn't get straight answer what happened) so we set another appointment and they did come to fix the issue with the quarter round. Now this is where the BIG ISSUE is with the seasons changing, we had our ** person come out to do a check up on our system like always, matter of fact we just put ******** dollar worth of new duct work at the end of last year. The ** guys went under the house like always and then came in and walked to every room of the house and pulled up the registers out of the floor to look down inside, thats when the large shards of wood and carpet debris down inside of our air vets were found. We sent them bill for ****** and the number of ProAir Solutions to have our air ducts shaken out, that's when I we got a very nasty, and rude call from the ********* office that they would give me ****** and I was to deal with the rest of the bill. PS: we took pictures

      This company is very unprofessional for business due to my experience as of 24 Aug 22. Hire them install flooring, for kitchen, half bathroom,and laundry room. I have lost 6 days in the processing due failure on they part waiting on completion repair for quarter round. This company need due SITREP on they policy/procedures, employees training, customer services, and work ethics. Also, a. for payment pay half up front before starting the project, b. Finally, payment upon completion of the job completed. I spent too much money for this incident should not had happen. Trustwordly, is gone at this point. I have been without doing laundry since they disconnect my appliance by 50 Floor 24 August. This type of treatment is unfair treatment to customer. I am disabled veteran service my country over twenty years in Army. Please Reply, also, well to this site. ...Thank you

      So when I first contacted 50 floor I thought always on local television, pushy, over advertising etc. no I had a quote from a highly professional person, who gave me a quote way below other competitors, then the experience, after accepting, I was amazed the organization, the skill, knowledge, cleanliness was extreme and also the speed, understanding of the installers and logistic specialists. I cannot say enough except true professionals. Please give her them a chance , you will not regret it

      50 floor did not resolve our issue, they over charged and put transition pieces where no transitions should have been placed it was *** on ***, got them to finally come back out and they said they could not do anything about it yet they even had the audacity to bring other colors and different type of flooring that simply did not match the ones put down, also they took our 2 left over boxes that we paid for and will not bring them back to us as they said they would,they are supposed to be an experienced flooring company, However they are quite rude and we feel we were ripped off. Sloppy in my opinion. Buyer beware! There ads are a joke. Bring us our boxes of *** since you obviously do not care. *** attempted many times and was told they would drop them off , never did, floors were put down in May and still waiting for them to fix this problem! Highly disappointed Also the *** scratches!!! Its not supposed to and a guy came out and used an oil to try and cover it up. Did not replace. Lazy

      I would never use 50 Floor again. The installers did not drop any cloth over my carpets, trashing 2 large area rugs and did not even attempt to clean up/ having only a broom. They left dirty prints all over my kitchen walls and baseboards.A closet door in my bathroom will not close without making scratches on the floor since they installed the new flooring.I spent almost 2 hours cleaning after they left and the manager over scheduling installers was less then concerned about this unprofessional behavior.

      The representative refused to show me any carpet samples. He even tried to quote a price over the phone without ever visiting my home. His price was too high. I have a fixer up home. He mentioned to his supervisors areas I needed to repair, but I had already told him that I was working to repair those areas. He refused to help me repair some laminate issues or at least recommend someone who could.

      For the start of this nightmare I had the 50 flooring salesman come over on 7/25/22 to give me an estimate for one room I wished to have laminate installed. *********************** arrived and showed me the colors and assured me they have the best products and the thickness was exactly the same on the products installed as the sample pieces shown in the book. I said I needed the flooring installed as soon as possible and he assured me that they could do my floor by first days in August . I chose a color which was the lightest one in the sample book. **** said ok . Put his book away and got out paperwork. He had told me earlier if he had to come back to do the signing up it would be a $150 upcharge if I didn't sign up that day so I paid him and signed the papers. I called him after he left to ask to do the waterproof flooring **** said "no problem I will do that no extra charge"On August 2 ***************************** the assistant manager called me 11am and 2 pm.2 pm she verified the installers would be over Friday August 5. I took a Vac. Day so I would be home so I'm home waiting on August 5 Friday no call and it's 10:30AM. I call and a call comes in its **** from installation **** calling to set up my install. What??? They're supposed to be here today I said. I told him ***************************** assured me the installers would be here today. **** said "she shouldn't have told you that" So he has me on the phone while he calls the installers to go pick up my boxes of planks for my install and they arrive soon afterThey want me to sign a release that I ok the materials. I go to look at the flooring and it is not only the wrong ********** looks nothing like the flooring samples. It was so thin and the finish was totally different compared to the sample they said they were not waterproof either .I spoke to a manager ***** who was not very apologetic said my refund he would process Monday and take a week to 10 days!

      50Floor claims a timely and stress-free experience from start to finish. Our experience was nothing short of terrible. We share our experiences so that future customers are aware of the possible problems that they may face. The goal Install new hardwood on 1st floor of our home. Poor Quality/Installation | Installed several planks that looked NOTHING like the product we purchased. Splintered Flooring. So bad, that we could not walk on the floor without shoes No Respect for Customers Home/Invasion of Privacy |Installation leader used our kitchen microwave without permission. Workers went inside our refrigerator and left their beverages. Kitchen appliances and Countertops were caked with a layer of dust. left blood stains on the floor and walls! Lack Timely Follow-up/No Respect for Customers Time| Extremely difficult to get responses from customer service and leadership. 2 planned visits where 50Floor was a No show!!! Took almost 2.5 months to correct the first install. We could not fully function in our home. Per the new installation leader, the first installation was so bad the only way he could fix is to reinstall a new floor Integrity -- NOT| Talk to the Assistant GM on Jan 24th and he profusely apologized and admitted that they did a really poor job and acknowledged how it had disrupted our personal lives. He said I did not have to worry about the paying remaining balance because of the experience. I said Wow now, that is doing the right thing. Fast forward to July 2022. Received letter from a new AGM stating that I have a balance due. I explained the conversation with the other AGM (which I found out he had left the company in May and the new AGM could not corroborate the conversation). I paid balance in full. The new AGM did offer a concession with a much smaller discount than the original AGM but I would have to agree not to share my experience. And ****** is more about the principle (integrity) than the money.
