    I purchased some golf clubs a few days ago. I payed to have them shipped in 1-2 days. After the 4th day I called and they said they were out for delivery. I called 20 minutes later and asked for an updated email. They said the reason you havent received one, is because they havent shipped yet. I told her I just talked to a Representative a few minutes ago and they stated, that they would be delivered today. She said PGA Tour Superstore didnt have them so they had to contact a vendor. I told them to cancel my order, and give me a refund. They stated it would take around 2 weeks for a refund. One thing they could not do is send me a cancellation notice. If they dont not issue a refund I will file a criminal lawsuit. No one should ever buy from this fraudulent organization.

    I ordered shoes online on April 8th.There was no specific shipping charge, so I paid the normal amount.The shoes did not arrive even after May 8th, and I filed a complaint with this company but received no reply.Eventually I got a reply saying they were investigating.When I emailed my complaint again on the 5th day after the investigation started,Customer service sent me a gift card electronically.I have applied for a refund, but the result has been cheated with a gift card.This company's communication is very slow and their response is sloppy and terrible, I can never accept it.

    I placed an order on August 6 for a set of clubs and two dozen golf *****. The golf ***** were delivered two days later. I called then a week later to get a status on the clubs, they blamed the delay on the ***************** A series of emails and phones calls pursued over the course of three weeks, the following email was sent:Hello, We just heard from Callaway that the order has been processed and is getting ready to ship so they are unable to cancel it. We can send a return label once it ships if you still do not want to keep it. Thank you. **************Operations Specialist ********************************************************************************** My response was I will keep them It is being sent to ****** *******, correct? His response : It is , yes Today , Friday, September 15, I call them again to find out the status of the clubs, and after several minutes on hold, I was informed that they were delivered yesterday to my billing address in *********, **. Meanwhile I am in ******, ** with no clubs. How can a company s**** up so badly. Of course, this time they blamed the shipping vendor.
