    I made a purchase to buy 4 lip liners and a lip gloss on cyber Monday. I received my order around the first week of January, but unfortunately one of my lips liners was missing. The purchase was just under $50. I have contacted this business via their customer service email about four times since I received the incomplete order. I have also reached out via their Instagram and ******** business pages. I have yet to receive a response, and it's been about three weeks with no response or resolution for my missing items.

    I never received the item that was ordered from a Black Friday sale on November 24,2023 sent emails with no response so I DM REMEDY BY ARI make up page on instagram I got a response from them as of todays date ******* 19,2024 I have yet to receive a refund for Order#RS12810 I also noticed recently on the instagram page other people are complaining as well you just cant take people money and they dont receive the merchandise or a refund BUYER BEWARE OF REMEDY SWIM!

    I placed an order on November 26, 2023 as of December 28, 2023 I have yet to receive my order I have sent several emails Ive sent direct messages on ******** and Instagram with no responses via email. On Instagram I have given my order number and they claim I will be getting a refund once customer service contact them. I have not received any form of communication. All I want is my money back.

    I ordered remedy by Ari on Nov ***************************** ship Ive contacted the business 4-5 times. Even tried the owner and her sister through social media instagram. My order number is *****.

    I bought a product from the business ahd never received it. Not only that they wont even communicate what the issue is!

    On November 25th, 2023, I placed an order with Remedy By Ari and was assigned order number *****. Subsequently, I received an email from Remedy by Ari indicating a delay in shipping and requesting an additional 17 business days to fulfill the order. Considering my purchase date of November 25th, the expected shipment date would have been December 19th, 2023. However, as of today, December 22nd, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my package or an estimated time of arrival. In my attempts to contact Remedy by Ari, I reached out via email and Instagram direct message (DM).When I contacted the company through Instagram, I was informed that their teams are diligently working to process all orders and that my shipping confirmation was pending as the shipping team had not yet completed my order. They assured me that once my order is complete, I will receive a shipping update. Additionally, I was advised to contact their customer service department for further assistance. They provided the following contact information: "Unfortunately, we, the social media team, can only handle inquiries through this platform. To resolve any issues, please reach out to our customer service team at ******************************* If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, please provide your first and last name, order number, and email address."However, despite my attempts to reach out via the provided email, I have not received a response. I would like to note that my purchase amounted to a total of $50, which included $9.13 for shipping. Furthermore, I took the additional step of purchasing route package protection.

    I placed an order with her company back in November, I have repeatedly sent email asking for a tracking number or an update to my order. With no reply other than a generic email.

    I ordered on Nov 16 paid for 2day shipping and still havent received my order I reached out via email for updates and yet to get a response
