    Firstly, USA Pools breached the Aquatic Management Agreement, by failing to provide service within the defined swim year, specifically resulting in 259 hours of aquatic facility closure time. On several occasions, USA Pools failed to provide sufficient or properly licensed staff, resulting in complete or partial facility closures and violation of ***************************** regulations.Secondly, *** Pools breached the Aquatic Supervisor Agreement by failing to abide by check-in procedures, certifying lifeguard staff, enforcing water safety standards, implementing swim tests, and managing personnel issues.Thirdly, USA Pools breached the Aquatic Cleaning Agreement by failing to properly maintain the aquatic facility, properly check and record water chemistry,vacuum the pool, assist in picking up trash, and empty trash receptacles at the *********** of this date, USA Pools has refused to service the aquatic facility and conduct the end of season close down procedures in accordance with the Aquatic Opening and Closing ************ addition to the several breaches noted above, USA Pool staff behaved unprofessionally towards Association management, as well as its Board of ****************** In particular, on one occasion, USA Pool staff made inappropriate comments regarding the facility closings on ************ targeted towards Association residents.Further, on multiple occasions, *** Pool staff closed the pool early and had phone conversations in front of residents indicating *** Pools failure to pay them. When approached by Association representatives regarding the various issues noted herein,USA Pool staff responded by insulting members of the Board. This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning, as it does not align with the customer service standards one would expect from your company.

    Our HOA paid this business $10,500 to staff lifeguards at our pool summer 2022. They failed to do so, resulting in delayed opening of our pool and requiring us to find alternate services from another company. They issued a partial refund for a fraction of what they owe us ($1352.10). We have sent numerous correspondence to try to recoup our money, and have essentially been ghosted.

    This contract is in default from wedgewood and a collection file has been opened with *** corporate counsel.    Wedgewood account is in default for nonpayment and this account remanded to attorneys to force wedgewood contract compliance.   This account will be processed by attorneys in coming months for collection of all past due amounts.

    On May 9, 2022, I ***********************, Community Manager of **************************** reached out to USA Management to provide lifeguard services for the 2022 pool season. *************************, USA Management Manager provided me with a proposal that expired after 10 days. The contract was signed and sent back, after a couple changes were needed. Per the contract, a lifeguard was suppose to start on May 28, 2022, so I would be able to open our community pool for season. USA Management failed to provided service on May 28, 2022. After making several attempts to follow with *******, they stated that the account had been assigned to a ****************, that had no idea about the account nor had a lifeguard in line to start at *****************. USA Management never provided service for *****************, as stated in the contract, but accepted funds that back dated from December 2021, as stated in the attached contract. Will have requested a refund due to USA Management defaulting the signed contract.

    Our teenager was hired to work for this company at our neighborhood pool.The company has refused to pay our kid the final 2 checks

    06/01/22 We were contracted out by **************************** *** Pools | USA Management Office: ************/ Work phone: ************ to open a pool in ****** ****, I have emails and documents stating she authorized ** to do the work. It is now August 25th and no one has returned our calls and emails requesting payment on this property.
