1 starIf I could rate zero stars I would. There is a fool running classic collision on ******* in anchorage. We got an estimate waited a while called classic to see what's going on they stated they needed an estimate from my insurance .They got an estimate and a check two weeks later we call to see when repairs will be dine classic stated they won't be doing the repairs because they don't have a contract with my insurance company .We had repairs done before and it took for ever with the same company that had a contract with my same insurance company.Sounds like a breach of contract.Maybe because the same idiot is running things who got complaint on earlier. Please read other reviews of thiscompanyReview fromGeorge D

1 starWill never go here again! Went by business, had to do all the foot work for insurance. Left my truck there to have a small scratch and broken step replaced on my truck due to hit in rear end. Waited forever, finally I started calling and was told someone would call me back that day, he never did. 2 days later he called back and said my truck would be ready washed and cleaned, went that week to pick up truck and the main person to deal with was not there. Some other gentleman walk over the repairs with me just to find out, only the small scratch was repaired and the step was left in back seat for me to put on. I told that service man they were going to be reported again to bad review and I was contacting the bbb.Review fromgabrielle T

5 starsLets start by saying, be cautious of the potholes in Atlantatheyre infamous for causing damage! But despite that, Im having an absolutely amazing experience at The Classic Collision Body Shop in ******************, and I cant speak highly enough about the customer service Ive received. From the moment I walked in, ******* at the front desk welcomed me with a warm and friendly attitude. She was incredibly professional, listened attentively to my concerns, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Her patience and attention to detail in answering all my questions really stood out. What truly impressed me, though, was the level of care and understanding shown by ****, the manager. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, providing a highly personalized and thoughtful experience. It was clear that both he and the team genuinely care about the condition of my car and my overall satisfaction. Theyve been working tirelessly to restore my car to its original, pristine condition, paying close attention to every detail. The quality of the work being done on my vehicle is simply exceptional. The team's commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect, from the meticulous repairs to the flawless finish. I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work thats going into making my car look perfect again.I cant recommend them enough, and I will definitely be returning for any future auto body needs. If youre looking for a place where youll be treated with genuine care and your vehicle is in expert hands, look no further!Review fromRichard C

1 starI am writing to express my concerns regarding the repair of my vehicle, which has been in your shop since September 20th. I was informed that the delay is due to a part being on back order. While I understand that supply chain issues can arise, the extended duration of this repair has been frustrating.Initially, I appreciated the communication from your team. However, as time has gone on, I find myself having to reach out for updates, as I am not receiving proactive communication regarding the status of my vehicle. This lack of updates has added to my frustration.Additionally, I am incurring out-of-pocket expenses for a rental vehicle due to this delay. I believe it is reasonable to expect better communication and support during this process.I would appreciate any updates on the status of my repair and a resolution to the situation regarding the rental expenses. The estimator, *****, decided to back and forth with me over the phone when I called to address my concerns with another employee. Thank you for your attention to this matterReview fromBrittany B

1 starTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They are unprofessional on how they handle the cars and the customers. On July ********* the tech ***** took photos of my car and there was no damage to the windshield. Then on July 30th they inform me that the windshield has been broken even though it clearly wasnt broken in the photos. Then when I asked for pictures of the windshield being damaged upon arrival because it was not part of the original estimate nor do I see it in the pictures they provided he claimed it was not broken even though he contacted me and told me that it was. They then tried to charge my insurance company but they observed the same thing I did in the photos and told them they will not pay because in the pictures they provided before they began to work on the windshield it wasnt damaged. I picked up the vehicle on 8/9/24 there was visible damage to the windshield that occurred when they removed it to fix the damage to the frame. In addition to that they admitted to breaking the clips (while removing the windshield because you can not remove one side of the windshield) needed to secure the windshield and that they would order it and it would take a few weeks. When I last inquired on when they were going to get the clips they offered to glue the clips on to the windshield even though he is well aware it requires the clips to be fastened in order to secure it in an effort to not do the job correctly. In the process of fixing my car they broke my windshield and broke the clips they returned the car unfinished and with new damages. I asked for the owners information he declined to give it. I called corporate and complained about the service I received and have not received a call back. THEY OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED HOW THEY HANDLE CARS!!!! Unprofessional and do not follow up on promises.Review fromCasey P

1 starTerrible experience with this company that doesn't care about customer safety. Insurance covered over $10,000 for car repairs, and it was returned with mechanical damage. I dealt with 2 locations and the experience was horrible. The ******* location at ********** gave me the car with grinding noises in the area impacted, the left quarter panel. Also, pieces of the window tint had been torn off. I reported the issues on the same day the car was picked up, the estimator promised to take care of them when I returned for a part on backorder. However, it was not reported when they called me back in. The manager *** had to request the mechanic, and he said my front wheels were causing the damage in the back. Regardless of the lifetime warranty, this shop was not interested in rectifying the issues. I gave this company another chance since my insurance advised me of the Lakeland location. They didnt have time to check the car, I test drove with the mechanic and explained the issue was not before the accident. He agreed with me but provided a completely different reason to my insurance. It took 30+ min to get there and as I got home, they already called to pick up the car. The mechanic decided the brakepads/rotor were worn out even though they had already been changed before the accident. I asked the if they had checked both sides to confirm this and told me they only check the left side. I requested a diagnostic report sent to my insurance. When I go to the shop I noticed my car had never been moved. My insurance was told both sides had been checked w/o report. I dont understand how this company can commit fraud. I reported my concerns to corporate but have yet to hear back. I am very shocked by how they treat customers. It seems that once the payment is received, the company is no longer concerned about customer safety. They focused solely on making the exterior look good enough to release the car rather than ensuring it meets regulation standards. Don't go to this shopClassic Collision, LLC

1 starPLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The first time I dropped off my car, I should have followed my instincts. I overheard multiple conversations, both in person and on the phone, about why my car was taking so long and why there were dents and paint issues that shouldnt have been there. However, my husband suggested giving them a chance, especially since Geico recommended them. We didnt think it would be the most horrible place Ive ever taken my car, but it turned out to be the biggest mistake!I dropped off my car, and almost two months later, I got it back looking like a child had worked on it. The interior had a layer of sawdust all over, in places I still cant clean. There was a nail in my tire, one of the handles was scratched, and they missed paint in multiple areas. There were places where they had painted with overspray in areas that werent even damaged. They claimed the damage was already there. They even painted my car the wrong color. They had to replace my backlight and installed it wrong. No one knew how to install it properly. Their excuse was that the lights were aftermarket, and when they were installing them, they broke them. They blamed the lights, saying they were corroded and needed to be ordered again.Three weeks later, there was still no phone call. So my husband and I went to the shop to see what was taking so long. When we arrived, the manager was on the phone with another customer on speakerphone, so everything could be heard. The manager did not care if we were listening to the conversation. After 30 minutes, he finished with the customer complaint and was still talking on the phone, not about the car. I finally said to the manager, ****, Hello, weve been waiting." and still another 10 minutes he finally got off the phone. very unprofessional! Please don't take your car to this place YOU WILL RERET!!!Classic Collision, LLC

1 starMONCKS CORNER business had my vehicle following damage from tornado! They are unreliable! They tore my vehicle down before insurance decided what was going to be, also did not have my permission to do! Removed camper shell which had nothing to do with damage requiring review or repairs! Insurance decided due to age of my vehicle they declared it totaled! I canceled insurance claim and decided to have my vehicle repaired myself! In order to get my vehicle from body shop I had to pay $906.00 for them to put it back together! I feel like I was taken advantage of! They promised they would have my vehicle ready by a certain day, a week later they had it ready! $906.00 was ridiculous price since they should not have taken it apart to begin with! I will never use any of your body shops in the future and neither will I recommend you to anyone! Thanks!Classic Collision, LLC

1 starEstimate of $4432 for a hit in the rear end. What is damaged is the trunk and complete bumper assy I was 'assured' the estimate was going to be more $$$ Mind you they could have inspected the car from below to determine any more damage..easy ..but no.Bad adittude to add to it.Classic Collision, LLC

1 starINCOMPETENT is the best way to describe Classic Collision. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR.I arrived for my appointment with the estimator and was told he wasn't there. Nobody called to cancel the appointment. After being told they couldn't do the estimate by ****** she finally said she could take pictures of my car. I was also asked to fill out a card with my information and asked if I had any concerns that I would like them to know about? To which I replied. I was "Not happy with making an appointment online for an estimate and the estimator is not here." We left the shop. Upon arriving home I had a voicemail from ***** the supposed Manager. He stated that he wasn't going to do the estimate because I wasn't happy with anything they've done. Days later I was finally able to get ahold of ****** the district manager who fell right in line with the rest of the group of poor quality unprofessional people I had dealt with thus far. His main concern was if I told ***** that he wouldn't go far in business. To which I replied that I absolutely did!! That he won't go far in business and this is not how customers should be treated or a business run. He also pointed out that he allowed the staff to give me his cell phone number as if he was doing me a huge favor. Id like to point out that he never returned my calls. After arguing the fact the all I want was an estimate and the lack of ability to provide that is a problem. He finally told me he would get the estimate done and send it to me.Here's the last message I received 2 weeks ago. I never received the estimate and have moved on to another company that's competent at the service they provide."Hello this is *** from classic. I have your estimate done and will be sending it to you as soon as I'm at my laptop.Sorry for the delay but we were unable to open your claim due to an estimating system tech issue."I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. STAY CLEAR OF THEM IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE!!!Classic Collision, LLC
