    Im filing this complaint due to my treatment today at *************************************** in ******* **. Ive been a patient of Dr. ****** for years, and Im extremely upset with the customer service I received. I waited almost two weeks in pain for this appointment and communicated my situation to the front desk. I also mentioned the traffic issues I faced due to an accident on the way.Upon arrival, I found the parking lot full with no handicap spaces available, forcing me to walk across the lot and take the elevator to the third floor to find office 320, which was my first visit there. Despite my efforts, the front desk clerk informed me I was one minute late past the 15-minute grace ******* I explained that I had arrived before the grace ****** expired but it took me time to walk with my cane and navigate the office. She said she would ask Dr. ****** if I could be seen, but after five minutes, I was told I would need to reschedule. I reiterated my pain and requested to speak with Dr. ******* especially since he had previously recommended a procedure for my condition. She said he was too busy to talk and made no effort to communicate my pain to him.When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed there wasnt one available and handed me a card with a phone number that didnt work. I then called the ******** office and spoke with a manager named ******** who tried to assist but ultimately could only offer to reschedule me for another week. I am frustrated and believe no patient should endure such poor service, especially after being a loyal patient for years.

    i got not such good care on ccu floor nurses was rude snappy and dont deserve to be nurses. but when i was moved to 3rd floor ive got excellent nurse care from ******, ******, ******* who ****** was training was excellent care was second to none all done super job taking care of patients i wanted to thank all 3 again for professionalism they done went beyond the call of their duties to provide excellent care thanks again

    I am a 58 year old Afro-American woman I am disabled I cannot get good care here in ******** ******* 1% of the doctors seeing there are good 1% of the nurses as well the latest incident is that I went to the emergency room for bronchitis just so happened that this doctor ***** I believe he's a nurse practitioner was on as at the time too well he seen the patient that was next to me and he was a large white guy that had fallen down the stairs with the water heater well when the doctor came to see about him he was back and forth five times and gave him two morphine shots and I'm sure he walked out with a prescription but as for me when I went in to be seen by this doctor for a car accident that my vehicle was T-boned the Hippocratic Oath wasn't held up he told me he would not give me a morphine shot he also denied me diazepam basically he could care less I have been in ******* for about 7 and 1/2 years and at the St Joseph's Candler on ******** I was hit on my moped Christmas Eve and the staff was in there laughing and joking and they just had me waiting and nothing was getting done so when I complained that I didn't care to hear about them with their shopping for Christmas and with their cooking they got mad and discharged me and needless to say I was new to the area there were no buses running then they had security to run me off of a campus I did not know this area I had no means of getting home most of the stores was closed most of the taxi service I couldn't get so just imagine so at this point I went into a convenience store and called a friend out of town and was just balling my eyeballs out and I said I don't know where I am and I gave her a landmark and at this time God had sent my neighbor in who gave me a ride back home I am sick and tired of being treated differently because I'm black when my MRIs and Cat Scan shows that I seriously have problems and these doctors just want my insurance money because that helps them live they cushy little lifestyle
