      This company keeps calling me from different local numbers and leaving voicemails requesting a call back to an 844 number. At best, this is unsolicited telemarketing and at worst, a scam.

      Calling repeatedly from decoy phone numbers is trickery and they should shut down

      I was fraudulently sold a defective chair asked them to come and get the chair but to no avail. Now the want me to pay for the chair that is broken from day one and I can’t use it and they refuse to came and get their chair out my house. See supporting letter

      Customer received her chair on 05/01/2021. She called in with complaints on 09/17/2021 stating issues with the leg rest because of those issues we ended up giving her a discounted rate on the chair. We also sent her brand-new chair in 11/2021.

      I was charged 99 dollars for a trial of a lift chair . I have tried to reach out to the company and no one answers the phone I have left messages with no return phone call. And I have not received the chair.

       We are responding to a complaint that you received from ***** *********. We pulled our call records and showed no incoming missed calls from the number he provided you as well as our company. He also is stating that he has not received his lift chair although he has paid the required $99.99 deposit. As of now our company is giving a 2 to 4 week delivery expectation due to the nation wide shortage on delivery drivers. *** ********* paid his deposit on 09/01/2022 which would have been the earliest date the order could have been entered so he is still in his delivery window. Tomorrow during business hours we will reach out to the customer with his tracking information. Thank you!

      I unfortunately got myself involved and what I'm calling a scam because I'm starting I read the reviews of other people and the same thing happened to them call you up have a 14-day trial for America's lift chair paid $99 to going to bring you the chair if after 2 weeks if you don't want to disability at that low income I can barely make my bills and they've now taken $200 out of my account the chair came back in July is when this started and it came 3 weeks ago it is still sitting in my carport White glove service my ass they didn't even tell me they didn't even knock on the door I signed no papers I don't even know when it came they just popped it down in my carport and left and I can't I'm 54 years old I can't get this in the house so I called them to please come and pick it up it's well over there 14 day trial and I've got no answer no answer to any emails nobody wants to call me back nothing I want my money back and then they just took another $100 off so something needs to happen with them and read the reviews read other people's for doing the same thing the one lady they dropped it in our yard and left it to get wet this is b******* let's do something about this entire targeting old disabled people that need their money I want my money back I'm calling the news

      Good afternoon,

      I am responding to ****** ******* complaint received 09/12/22.
      After reviewing the timeline of when she paid the required deposit to ship the
      chair to when she received the chair the time was around 7 weeks. We anticipate
      2 to 4 weeks for delivery on average. As far as assembling the chair once delivered,
      we use two different companies that find someone local to the individual’s area
      and they will reach out to schedule an appointment to assemble. We have no
      records of the customer requesting that service. The customer called in on
      09/12/22 wanting to return the chair and we attempted to issue her refund of
      the two payments of $99.99 on 09/14/22 the refund could not go through it came
      back as invalid card, the customer must have gotten a new card. We got the new
      card information on file and the refund of $199.99 has been issued.
