  This place is a joke. They said a chair was delivered, which it wasn't. They keep saying they are going to have meetings and get back to me. It's been 2 months. They have taken money from my account. I've called multiple times.

  *********** shipments of our chairs through an outside freight company. Since the freight company provided documentation that your chair was delivered, it was necessary for us to go through the investigation process with the freight company and file a claim with them. Please understand that we had to work with the documentation we were provided and go through their process. As a result of the investigation, we ultimately sided with you over the freight company and refunded all of your money. We are sorry you had to go through that experience due to circumstances beyond our control and hope you are satisfied with the final resolution.

  In the past week, I've received up to 15 spoofed calls per DAY from this company. I'm not even interested in the "free trial" scam, let alone purchasing the lift chair. From the voluminous poor reviews I've read, the product is: cheap, defective, not as advertised, left in people's driveways, .... I've also read many reviews regarding constant nuisance calling, despite being asked to stop. I phoned & emailed the company yesterday, firmly stating that I feel harassed & to STOP CALLING. Yet, the calls have continued today. Why would a legitimate company continue to bother people like this? How many elderly and/or disabled people has this company scammed? Isn't it a crime to debit bank accounts every month when the product has been returned?

  These calls were being done by an outside marketing firm that represents multiple companies in addition to us. Our product was just one of a menu of products the outside firm was marketing. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this issue until we received numerous complaints, and we have since ended our relationship with that firm. We apologize for any inconvenience.   This company has called me on an average of 1 time an hour from a different number every day for the last three weeks. I have blocked all the numbers and they just call from more. What can I do about this without getting myself a lawyer. I've called every day and asked to be removed from their call list. But im being pushed in a corner and I'm gonna come out swinging with a good dam lawyer a get these people for harassment, 1 time an hour is uncalled for. I don't want your product. So resolve this or I will fill a judgment against you.

  First of all where did they get my number. Second they are calling every hour and from different numbers and leaving messages, all over *****************, the same voice. I actually called back one of the voicemails and spoke to a young lady and asked her where did you get my number. She said it was summitted. Also I said that I was not interested and I make my own calls to if Im interested in a product and I have never heard of you, so please remove me from your call list. This is ridiculous to continually call and from different area codes. Right after that I received 3 more calls then I put my phone on do not disturb. I cant keep it there because I receive important legitimate calls. Such a shame that a company has to slip to those measures. Angry person

  I called to have them come pick up the chair. There is no way I'm paying $3000 for a chair like that. I got a call back and they dropped it to $****. That sounded okay at the time, but have since changed my mind. The chair is so cheaply made...the massage is a joke. Can hardly deal it on the strongest setting. The lift is so slow...the mechanics of lifting and reclining is horrible. Cheap, cheap, cheap. I won't even pay &**** for this chair. They can come get it...nobody uses it.. it is very un comfortable.

  We are the only lift chair company that offers a 14 day in-home trial and have thousands of very happy customers who get much needed benefit from our chairs. It appears you decided to keep the chair after receiving a discount. Your chair is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you are having issues with the chair, please contact **************** at ************ anytime Monday-Friday 8am-6pm so that we can get those issues resolved.

  Sick of the spam calls and run around. This company is either up to no good and need legal involvement or they need to be fined and a pay out to all of the individuals spammed and scammed.

  Am tired of them calling. I've called them over a dozen times, up to 3 times in one day to remove me from their call list. I've asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and the response I get "Your speaking with the supervisor". Am STILL ON THE CALL LIST.

  They call me every single day three or four times a day. They leave messages. I've called back and told them to take me off their list. They have not done so. Blocking does no good because they call from different numbers. I am sick of this company.
