    On Thursday, March 16, 2023 ******* ******* from Lowery Towing arrived to pick up my coworkers car. When he got ready to exit ****** scraped the lower driver side door of my car with the tire rack. My coworkers husband was in attendance while the car was being picked up. I later received a phone call stating my car had been hit. I told my coworker and we proceeded outside. ****** greeted us both and assured us he would have the problem fixed. ****** stated his family has a shop and that he would make the proper arrangements with them. He also stated that he wouldn't be able to reach out to me until Saturday. We exchanged phone numbers and I was asked to call him so he could have my number saved in case something went wrong. I knew that weekend was St. Patrick's weekend but he never gave me a phone call. On Monday, March 20, 2023 I tried contacting ****** but my call was unanswered. I sent him a text message stating who I was and ask for him to give me a phone call. He replied by text stating he lost my number but didn't return my phone call. My coworker spoke with *** **** ****** from Lowery Towing to inform him about the sccident that happened in his company truck. He stated ****** did not report the accident and assured my co worker he would be in touch the next day. Tuesday arrived and *** ****** didn't call like he said he would. I called *** ****** later Tuesday evening and he would have ****** contact me concerning the matter. After the call ended I started to receive text messages from ****** using profanity. Since then I've had to file a claim through my insurance to get my car fixed. My insurance company has reached out to Lowery Towing several times but they wont respond to any of their messages.
