    Ended up getting Lowery Towing via AAA and my transmission was damaged during the tow. The tow truck driver ****** jacked my car up from the back, which is the wrong thing to do being that my car is a fwd drive, it's supposed to be jacked up from the front. With him doing so and dragging the front of my car at least 43 minutes, according to GPS, my transmission is no good! I talked with one of the owners ******* and he admitted fault, apologized a few times and said he would rectify the situation. I have not heard from him since then and I am now without a vehicle and I am realtor. I can't go meet clients, show homes, etc. due to this and to be ignored is just disgusting! I have no choice but to take legal action because Lowery Towing needs to take full accountability AND fix the issue!! This could have all been avoided had my car been towed the correct way!

    Damaged my car while it was being towed onto the truck. Refused to give me license, insurance information and didn't want me to call the police for report. **** Lowery said he would pay. They work with AAA. Make sure when you call for tow that you tell them to send another Towing company other than Lowery. I am taking him to court
