    Over charging! My bill exceeded $500 in a bimonthly bill! When I called for the explanation Tobi tells me that the EPD requires they charge on a tier level. We contacted the EPD. Actually, physically had to go to the EPD office First was told oh no by the EPD. Then they (EPD) said they recommend this type of billing to in courage less water usage. We asked for someone to come out actually told them to please knock on the door and let us know they were here. Large hole by meter full of water was filled in but no correspondence. Nothing no one. I called Friday Jan 12, 2023 to report The severely overwhelming smell of chlorine in my home. Response was that she was going to “write up a work order”! Called again response was “oh no”! Still no one. We have had this issue several times. Actually, to the point it would sting my skin. They continue to over charge! Today is Jan 16,2023 and I have received no correspondence NOTHING.

    I moved to a new address on June 1st. I received a bill July 7th with zero balance. Because it was in the middle of a billing cycle I was not overly concerned. However, another 2 month cycle passed with no bill so I called. They said there was a glitch in the system and they would contact billing who would contact me. I was told to callback 2 days later for follow up. Now- 3 days later- I called back and was told by customer service that billing would have to handle it and they would send them a follow up email. I asked for a supervisor but was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to call billing myself and was told I could only talk to customer service. I do not want a huge bill to pay all at once because of their problems.

    I called Water Utility Management when I received a water bill that was 3xs the normal average amount. The rep that I spoke to instructed me to fill out a leak adjustment form which I did on 8/30/22. She also told me I should pay the base amount from the bill which I did. I wrote a check on 8/23/22. It was processed by Water Utility Management on 9/1/22. I was told they wouldn’t suspend my account if I did that. I haven’t heard back on the leak adjustment, however, today I received a suspension notice along with a fee. I’ve called multiple times and sit on hold for over an hour each time and never get an answer. Today I called to try to get this resolved and patiently waited on hold for an hour and a half to the minute. This company is so infuriating!
