Do not business with this guy. I paid $200 for him to come out, just for him to mess up my vehicle. Im having to spend an extra $200 because he couldnt simply but a tire on. I messaged him and he blocked my number. I called from a different number and he answered. This man is a total fraud and just a fraud looking to make quick money but cant do his job.

On 8:31.2022, I left work and realized I had a flat tire that I could not drive to the nearest tireshop without damaging the rims on my vehicle so I Called H.U.R.T. My call was answered by a gentle man at 6:18pm who stated that he will take my call and should be there in 22 minutes. He quoted me a price of $65 and I was said no problem. 45 minutes later he did not show up or nor did I receive a call with a change in the estimated time of arrival. At 7:00pm I called and receive no answer, so I called a second time and received no answer. I assumed lines maybe be tied up and called a 3rd time. After the 3rd phone call, I looked at my phone and I realized I received two text messages both from phone numbers I did not recognize. Upon opening the first text message it stated "We're canceling your service", "Back-to-back f****** phone calls are unacceptable at this company, and do that s*** with your f****** boyfriend, I am not your boyfriend, WTF". and then another text message from another unknown number from the company stating "Place all your calls on silent mode...thank you for the non-cooperation followed by some inappropriate *****'s one being the middle finger. I responded to both text messages stating that I was following up on his ETA and that I did not want to do business with them and wished him luck with his company. I thought the situation was over after finding another wonderful professional and respectful business to take my call. However, the HURT representative continued sending harassing text messages berating me for moving to Georgia and wanting priority service. I not only called for an updated estimated arrival time, but I was also calling to see if I had time to go and use the restroom as I did not want him to show ** in my car and I was away using the restroom. Not only was this business unprofessional he also tried intimidating me, by insinuating he knew my name. I do not recommend anyone use this business! He is not sympathetic to being stranded!
