    I recently had my roof repaired, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair process and cost clearly, and stuck to their schedule and budget.Not only does my roof look great, but the peace of mind knowing its now watertight and secure is priceless. Its rare to find contractors who combine quality craftsmanship with genuine customer careand this crew nailed both.     ERS (****) has hands down provided me with one of the smoothest experiences. From first call to clean up, he walked me thru each step. By answering every question, addressing every concern and assisting me with everything I needed for my insurance. He was amazing. My roof was very large-over 3200sq ft, so a big job. The team arrived in the morning and did not waste any time. Within an hr everything was tarped and old roof was gone. By 1:30 the new roof was complete and the cleanup was underway. When I returned home I was impressed with the clean up. You could not tell they had been here. The driveway was better then when they arrived. They were well staffed and very fast, considering the roof size, and payed attention to the details.Each step of the process included pictures and messages. Always keeping me in the loop on progress and eta of completion. Very pleased. Thank you!!

    **** and his team did amazing work. The communication was always thorough and accurate. Showed up when they said they would and completed the work same day. Clean up was awesome and other than the dump trailer awaiting pickup, youd never had known they were here. There were no hidden surprises and **** was readily available to help with any questions along the way. The roof looks amazing and the customer service he provided was top notch. I highly recommend AERS to anyone needing a new roof. Even if youve never dealt with the insurance companies, dont worry, **** can help walk you through it and itll be a breeze. **************** based companies are few and far between, but thats how this company operates. Customers first and thats an added value to the high quality work.

    Did a very good job. Only took a couple hours, they started it at 7 and finished at 1. The workers then stayed to roll magnets around and get most of the nails or metal that was replaced. The owner is very Respectful and honest.
