    My roof was damaged from Hurricane ******, I received a random text asking me If I would like to have a roofer come out and inspect my roof. That very text from Atlanta Expert Roofing Solutions,LLC was the absolute BEST decision I could have ever made. My Insurance Adjustor denied my claim 2 times , ** ***** himself set up an appointment with the 3rd adjustor, pointed out all my roofs hail and tree damage. He never gave up with the adjustor until my insurance finally agreed to replace my roof. **** was PHENOMENAL!!! He never went back on any of his commitments, and was there to oversee that everything was done EXCEPTIONALLY!! He was Professional, and so knowledgeable, and most of all KIND AND COMPASSIONATE. Truly a blessing from God. And the Bonus is my roof is BEAUTIFUL!!!If you want the best of the best for a reasonable price PLEASE give ATLANTA EXPERT ROOFING SOLUTIONS a call YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

    Generally I am pretty skeptical of people who bypass my doors No Soliciting sign. Thank goodness Mr. ***** did! Atlanta Expert Roofing did an excellent, timely ******. Snell was very knowledgeable and personable spent a great deal of time explaining the process and services I was to receive. My roof was torn to shreds after the recent hurricane here in *******, **. Mr. ***** got my house back to standard in no time. Would recommend to anyone.

From start to finish, **** was meticulous in his assessment process, thoroughly documenting everything with pictures, which was a huge help during the insurance process.     I am extremely satisfied with my shingle roof replacement by Atlanta ERS Roofing. **** ***** was very patient in explaining the details of the *** shingles and the protection they provide. He was very professional and trustworthy in his commitment of total customer satisfaction. His team was very thorough in the delivery of materials, as well as the quality of the installation, and clean-up process. This company truly deserves a 5 Star Rating.

    Atlanta ERS is the company you need if you've got a roof-related insurance claim. **** spent hours on my roof, meticulously documenting the extensive hail damage on the house and outbuildings. He took tons of photos and kept in constant touch with the adjuster, following up and submitting additional photos and evidence as needed to get the claim approved in full. I was stressed about the whole thing but **** was always ready to help make it easier, keeping me informed about the process and responding right away when I had questions or concerns. The new roof looks great and should keep us dry for 50 years or more. What a relief!

    Atlanta ERS is the way to go if you're looking to replace your roof! **** was awesome, courteous professional and just a really good guy with honest intentions from my experience. Everything went so smoothly from the delivery of materials to the cleanup after the job was done. They showed up when they said they would, and they got the job done same day as they said they would. There's no hyperbole in any of the reviews of Atlanta ERS, they do a high-quality job on-time and with customer satisfaction in mind!
