    Contractor was given his first check on 3/18/22. He started the job in 4/4 and worked two days in a 10 day period. He continued to show up only sporadically. The work performed and materials used were of sub- standard quality. The ** mail sent to ************** is uploaded and reviews the areas of concern. In addition to those item listed in the e- mail, I was informed by a plumber that the toilet plumbing is to close to the shower and not up to code.In addition he said the size vanity I had purchased as per Chads instructions is entirely too big for the space. I payed 13,500$, my HVAC was never installed and he refused to return any money. My original builder came to the site and viewed the work and told me he should at the very least return half of the money paid out.

    Please see our attached response to Mrs ****** She is required to allow us the opportunity to properly address any issues she has with the construction of her bonus room build out. She did not allow us access to the property or any opportunity to do that, therefore she is in breach of our contract. Furthermore it is my understanding that she is currently working with an un-licensed contractor and is not in compliance with State laws.
