      While the contractor that laid my LVP meant well, his inexperience and lack of training led to over a dozen spots where my flooring neither clicked nor locked along with several spots that were not leveled and over packed with underlayment. He also failed to measure simple transition pieces that have since bowed and come completely off of the floor. The Keller "inspector", ******* from the ** Georgia region, claimed zero responsibility for any issues and simply blamed the quality of the $6000 ****** flooring. I wouldn't expect anything less from a lowly 2 star contractor that struggles for business on their own. ****** was gracious enough to refund 1/3 of my total bill due to the incompetency of Keller Interiors. I will say, their carpeting team did a great job and deserve a raise.

      Well, to say that I am flabbergasted after reading these reviews is an understatement. I did NOT have any of the issues or concerns mentioned in any of these reviews. I purchased about 750 square feet of LVT and Bamboo wood for stairs from Lowes, with Keller being the installers. Once all of the material was delivered, I received a call from Keller to confirm that everything was delivered. They then scheduled a 2-day install. On day 1 of the install, the installers arrived at the agreed upon time (8 AM). They walked through each room explaining what they were going to do. They also inquired as to how long they could work each day. Once they got started, the two-man team did not stop until 8 PM. They did not even stop to eat and would not allow me to even order them anything. When I say they worked non-stop, that is exactly what I mean. After day 1 was complete, they told me that they would return at 7 AM. Again, they were on time and immediately went to work....non-stop again, finishing and cleaning up everything by 9 PM. They worked so hard and so long, I felt sorry for them. Along the way, they would get my wife and I to look at what they had done and insisted that if we were not happy, to let them know so that it could be corrected. At the end of day 2, they gave my wife and I one final walk-through discussing how to take care of the flooring. They also gave us a phone number to their "boss" and said that if we had any issues after they left, to give him a call and that they would return. My wife and I are very pleased with how our project turned out. The installers were very meticulous and did not miss any detail. We could tell that they took a lot of pride in their work and wanted us to be satisfied with the finished product. I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan to hire them again to replace all of my downstairs flooring! We are very SATISFIED customers.

      Keller Interiors name is on the contract documents as 'installer' for my upcoming installation through Lowes (*******) of a bamboo engineered floor over an existing porcelain tile floor in good condition. Keller was to be at the job-site in ******* on 1/08 between 1 pm and 5 pm to assess for lead pollution (obligatory by **) on the site. No one from Keller has showed up or texted or phoned to rsee the job-site and discuss the project details. Between my short experience of a 'no-show' and reading the customer reviews, I'm convinced that ****************** will not be a good fit for installing my project.

      We had ordered flooring from Lowes in 2019 for our foyer, spa room, upstairs hallway and master bedroom. COVID-19 hit and the project was put on hold. We started up again April 2022. Our master bedroom, spa room and foyer were completed very well and with only a few scheduling issues. Keller Interiors' ******** liaison, *******, then told ***** that our contract was complete, Lowes paid Keller and we can't get ANYONE to show up and finish the bamboo flooring in the hall. I can't list all the problems we've had with Keller. WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WITH US FOR FRAUD AGAINST **********************? THERE ARE CERTAINLY ENOUGH ANGRY, FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS ON ALL THE INTERNET RATING SITES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUE ********************** FOR UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, AND IN OUR CASE, FRAUD FOR LYING TO LOWES ABOUT OUR CONTRACT BEING COMPLETED WHEN IT WASN'T...LET'S START SUCH PROCEEDINGS. OBVIOUSLY, NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!! I HAVE TO LEAVE ONE STAR. OTHERWISE, I WON'T BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT MY REVIEW...

      After reading the reviews, we were very nervous about having Keller Interiors install the carpeting purchased from Lowes. Today, ***** by himself came on time and installed the carpeting. He did an excellent job and was very professional.
