I came to get a routine oil change with a simple tire rotation. I had no prior issues with my car not a single light on the dash or any underlying issues literally nothing but having only 25% oil in the car. I came to get it serviced half way through the service Im notified that 3/4 of my tire pressure sensors arent working, again mind you I had no prior lights on the dash or problems. I continued with just the tire rotation and oil change. They finished up a little while after and I get into my car and instead of 3/4 of the sensors not working like I was told earlier, now all 4 arent working. Shortly after a while Im driving down the highway going 60-65mph my car starts to swerve almost hitting other cars beside me, and I felt the back passenger tire go low. I safely get over to the side of the road and notice the entire tire has separated. I called the ***** dealership multiple times that day no answer, called the next day again no answer. I was finally able to go up there in person to try and speak with a manager, in which I sat there for over 40 minutes waiting. Finally ***** ****, Service Customer Relations Advisor, comes to speak with me and I showed him the pictures, he then goes to research what had have taken place with my car. Turns out his findings were that the service department didnt put enough air in my tire. He was very sympathetic and understanding, which I thanked him for that. The manager stood right in his office and never even came out to address the situation. He never came out to apologize or to check and see if I was physically and or mentally okay. This issue was totally caused by their service department. He informed the employee ***** to offer an 18% discount on a tire. Being in that moment of a possibly deadly accident and you as a manager dont even have the decency to come and apologize is ridiculous! Please make sure to notify your family members specially elders, new and young drivers of this possible hazard. Please be safe.

I felt so frustrated, discriminated and humiliated by two individuals that work at Steve Rayman Chevrolet in **************, they looked at my husband and me like we were not worth it because we are Hispanics, and were so dismissive about the repairs supposedly completed. I had to miss work for two days and now I dont know what else to do, I need my car back and for certain I cannot afford to pay for **** every day to go back and forth to work until they decide to fix my car, In the meantime, I was charged and paid for repairs that I believe had not been completed, since I had to pay first when I tried to drive my car realized that the repairs had not been completed.

From the moment I sent a message on the website to the final sale I had an amazing experience. ** was professional, efficient and LISTENED to what I was saying and asking. No other dealership did that. At that moment, I knew this was my unicorn I was looking for. Within 2 days I went from looking to buying. I was not treated any differently by being out of state either. It was if I was there in person. The level of service he showed was top notch! Then ******** in finance was equally quick and efficient. I will keep them in mind any time Im looking for a vehicle.

I dont understand how a dealership like Steve Rayman is ok with the way that they treat a customer who spends money on purchasing a car with them.Multiple times I have taking my car in for normal service, told during the process that everything is looking good until the end. Then to be told that my car has issues, and the cost will be double what I was going to pay from the beginning. Recently took my car in for service, no more than 3 weeks ago. The cost for the visit was no more than $90. I was also told that the mechanics said that nothing was recommended at this point. No more than 3 weeks later my car will not start, and I am told to fix the problem it will cost me $700. Also, there other problems that need to be addressed as well but I was told by the Steve Rayman employee that they could wait but the current problem that cost $700 needs to be addressed today. So, all of this was missed 3 weeks ago??? Whatever, I need my car, so I dont have a choice I have to pay it. But ** told that a part needs to be ordered but when asked for an ETA when my car will be ready, I get an answer from a Steve Rayman employee who honestly sounds like they could care less about how I feel and my $700 problem. Call back finally with an ETA which I am told will almost be a week without a car. When I asked does Steve Rayman do loner carsno answer. There are many dealerships up and down **** Parkway, but I chose Steve Rayman because my father is a believer in ***** carsFOR REAL!!! ***** cars may or may not be good cars, but what I do know for sure is Steve Rayman is horrible. Funny, recently I literally sent an email to ***** looking to upgrade and trade in my current car for a new car. My inbox was flooded with emails with people looking to help me purchase a new car. The energy that is used to potentially get my business and my money needs to be the same with when your car is being serviced.STEVE RAYMAN BYE!!!!

I was in communication with multiple sales representatives on the inquiry of a new car. The car I was looking to test drive and purchase was new to the market, so I made sure to get confirmation that they had the vehicle. The sales associate confirmed that they had two of the vehicle in stock that were available for a test drive and such. I decided to take time off work to go check the vehicles out and possibly purchase. When arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by the sales representative that confirmed the vehicles were there. To my surprise, he informed me that there were actually no available vehicles on the lot AFTER I had made sure to get confirmation. The vehicles hadn't even arrived to the lot. He inquired to see if I wanted to look into ordering one, but that would take MONTHS. All-in-all, the dealership wasted my time, gas, and missed wages for what could have been an easy, pre-approved deal. Very frustrating to have a dealership take advantage of a consumer in this manner.

I am extremely upset and disappointed at Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Went to this dealership for the first time because my normal dealership was booked up and I really needed an oil change before I leave to go out of town. I made an appointment for 7/17/23 at 10:00 am. Mind you, I didnt leave the dealership until 2:00 pm(4hours)So, they had my truck for 4 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I was going to a new dealership I decided to **** my tires with a small **** to make sure that the tires were rotated. First thing I noticed this evening was that my tires were not rotated. I ****ed the two front tires and the two front tires still have the **** that I placed on them(tires not rotated). Again, I was charged for this. I also noticed that the service advisor named ******************( this is on my receipt) ripped down one of my wires underneath the steering column while trying to check the computer system with the machine that you plug up to check it. I felt the wire hitting my leg while I was driving and didnt know what it was, he didnt even try to fix it back. This is terrible and very unprofessional. This has lead me to believe that they really didnt do my oil change either. They probably just reset the screen to say 100% oil life. I am really mad at myself for not waiting for my normal ***** dealership to service my car. However, they can guarantee I will never, ever voluntarily come back to this dealership for anything and I will tell ALL my friends and family to tell all their friends and family not to take their vehicle to Steve Rayman. I am highly upset and disappointed that they would treat a customer like this. Charging me for services not rendered. Even says on the receipt that tires were changed and brakes inspected etc.. This was all lies. Buyers beware!

I visited Steve Rayman Chevrolet on November 11, 2022 with a check engine light on. I was told by the service advisor that two 02 sensors were bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed to the replacement of the 02 sensors and I added an oil change. After 5 hours of waiting on my vehicle, the service advisor informed me that the sensors were replaced but the oil change wasnt done and I decided to have my oil change on another day. On November 14, 2022 I decided to take my vehicle to **************** for an oil change and discovered that the oil change sticker was replaced on the 11th of November by Steve Rayman (indicating that the oil was changed). **************** changed the oil! I completed a customer survey for ********************************************* informing them of the lack of integrity regarding the oil change and I received an inappropriate response. Ive been a loyal customer to this company for over 17 years and I have never had such a negative experience.
