    I instructed Rockin Jump /Sky Zone in ****** to end my membership in July 2024 after the trial period. They said they would process the cancellation when ****** arrives, but they did not. Instead, every month they kept charging $58.26 and disregarded my request to end the membership. There is no way to accomplish a cancellation online, and it needs a special manager to process the request, who is never there when I call. This is purposeful defrauding of trial membership customers by creating excessive difficulties and delay tactics to prevent them from cancelling. It is now February and they just charged me for the 7th month of unwanted membership fees. I have not used or wanted this membership at all since July 2024.

    Rockin *********** location sold the business to ******** since Feb 2024. Rockin Jump continued charging $30 since April to this date. When I went to use the services, Sky Zone says they arent affiliated to Rockin Jump, they said Rockin Jump is out of business, I told them RJ was still charging my credit card, but Sky Zone said they cant do anything about it. For the last months I attemped to look for Rockin Jump to stop the billing, but no one answers my request, there is no phone number or email working. The credit card company says I have to cancel the subscription with Rockin Jump, but they arent in business and impossible to be reached. It is ilegal for a company out of business continue charging money for a non existent membership.

    My son came to this place of business on Sunday April 19th. At around 7:45pm when he was getting ready to leave, he noticed that his phone was taken out his locker. He was with a group of 3 along with an adult who all stayed to look for the phone. Being it was closing time soon the employees said they would have to leave. We immediately did find my iphone once home and it stated the phone was still at this location. The next day April 20th my husband and son went to look for the phone and in order to ping and sound the phone the music needed to be turned down which they refused to do. I followed up after work and looked around again noticed that there were cameras facing the locker where he had his phone but was told that I needed to get a police report which I did. When the police officer spoke with an on-duty manager she changed her story and said I would need an officer and an attorney. I'm just requesting a GM or higher to look at the recording to see where this phone may be because it's an expensive device. Please note I also went to Apple and they tracked the phone to Rockin Jump so it's still at this location.
