      This company raised the price of the tow bill mid route because they had to use ramps to load my McLaren on the tow truck to help with the clearance of my vehicle.I called this company approximately at 1:00PM to schedule a tow for my 2016 McLaren 570s. Thats when I agreed to the price they verbally gave me over the phone to transport my vehicle from Motor Cars of ******* to *********************.The tow truck arrived to pick up my car on time. Mid way in route from the dealership to my shop ********************* the dispatch lady called me to inform me the price increased $50 since my vehicle is a supercar and is low to the ground. It required the use of low profile ramps. The dispatcher threatened to impound my car if I did not pay the added fee on short notice.I believe it is unfair they knew the exact year, make, and model of my vehicle before picking up my vehicle and they still felt the need to charge me more because my car is low to the ground. My vehicle has stock wheels, stock sized tires, and stock suspension ride height. I was completely upfront with them. Its not like my car is modified.Hopefully this review helps out next person. Im in the automotive industry. Some automotive companies are more fair and honest than others. Unfortunately, there are companies like this one who are actually out to get ya. I would NEVER raise the price of a service I quoted for a customer if what they described to me is exactly what they had.
