    So when I purchased a land survey from these people they said once the survey was done they could produce a site plan for me for an additional $1000 which was fine. They came out and did the survey and I called back to check on the site plan. They then informed me that I needed to have an engineered drawing in order for them to produce the site plan. That was never mentioned when I discussed the pricing with them and in an email they said they just needed the requirements from the city, which I provided, and the survey. Instead of trying to help me she immediately got defensive and started to blame me like I should have know this. Her exact words were, "How am I supposed to know your credentials?" I told them I was going to be reporting them to you and these were the responses I received and have emails to show.Dear ************:We look forward to the Better Business Bureau reviewing your complaint and completely exonerating my company as we have our agreement in writing.As for "cleaning up our mess" the 2 people I referred to you are not surveyors so there would be no "mess to clean up" for your survey.I'm sorry that you are such a Gen **** that wants everything spoon fed to them.     I worked with this company starting in late April. They had a 6-8 week completion date which is typical. However; when the project was sent as "completed" 8 weeks later, it had to be revised multiple times mostly in part to this companies code errors on the side plan with the stormwater systems, grease trap requirements, department of transportation placement of sidewalks and street lights were all incorrect. In July we notified them that we need two final revisions with and without parking due to the city not being sure if it was a requirement since our property was built before ****. They agreed to these changes once a final payment was made. Something I now regret. I attached the email below from a ********************* stating they would make these final changes. When I followed up to have these changes made we were told that they will not have to be done simply because they don't have to and we would have to pay another $2500.00 to make these simple changes. I wouldn't recommend working with this company for any restaurant project as they are unaware & uneducated on the codes for permitting for the restaurant /hospitality industry. They did not give us a completed site plan months later and we now have to hire someone else to revise this incomplete incorrect plan. We also had to resort to filing a dispute on our credit card as they have refused to not even partially refund us for not completing the changes they agreed to. Seek another Site Plan/Surveyor. I am very sure there are much better service providers in Atlanta that won't take your money and run.
