  Their rate was better than three other companies and they turned out to be an excellent choice. The surveyor was very patient and answered all my questions on site. Everyone at the company with whom I spoke were very courteous and helpful but ***** went above and beyond. She guided me through the whole process of the topography survey and the site plan and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to any one.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was nothing but a waste of my time. I set out to look for survey companies and came across Survey ******************************* I was told it would take about 2 weeks for someone to get out and complete survey. Which was fine. I paid my initial deposit on 07/21/22 and the survey was complete by 08/2/22. The survey came with instructions on the requirements for site plans. I was informed the drafting queue was currently averaging 3 weeks for completion. I searched for my plans and on 08/14/22 I sent an email to them with my plans and asked if they were suffice in order to complete the site plan. I wanted to insure they were fine to use prior to purchasing them. I sent a follow up email on 08/16/22 and then made a call when I spoke with **** who told me **** handles the site plans. **** had a ton of emails and since I sent that follow up email that my email was now back at the bottom of the list and I had to wait until **** got to it and called back. (great customer service). Later that week, **** called and I fwded her the plans again. She emailed back and confirmed the plans were fine to use. I purchased them (approx.$1500) and completed all paperwork requesting to include them getting the permits for me. I had to get ppwk notarized. Everything they needed I completed and sent back asap. She followed up on 08/29/22 via email stating she needs photos of the proposed area b/c it was unclear. I sent those immediately. It was not until 09/16/22 that **** called me and stated they cannot proceed with the site plan since it was in a flood zone and the only suggestion she had was to contact an engineer but likelihood of the county approving that would be a slim chance. They had the survey since 08/2/22 and she didnt realize that. She had me fill out ppwk and send photos for nothing. She agreed to refund what we paid for the survey. However not even that was done timely. After a week of no refund, I had to follow up. The refund was n

  **** is the best, I have been using Survey Systems for years and could not find faster service, better people and better value. They are always available to answer questions, offer advice or additional clarity, and to be a trusted resource in general. You will not find anyone better out there thank you Survey Systems of ATL!
