    In July 2023, I paid a deposit of $2400 towards a program offered by **************************. I was unable to pay the remaining amount in August, so the company agreed to keep the $2400 and I could come back at a later time to complete enrollment.Several weeks ago this year (2024), I received correspondance via their email newsletter about a new program offering that costs the same, and then about yet another program offering that costs less than my paid deposit. I tried to schedule an appointment, but Ashleyacting as representative for Startup Warriorcanceled each attempt on the grounds that I'd "already had one" back in 2023. I requested to be enrolled in one of the programs my paid funds would cover. She did not enroll me in any program. In fact, she stopped responding to my emails completely.I have since attempted numerous times to contact the company through email, their site contact form, etc. to resolve this. At this point, I want a refund of the full $2400. I never received program enrollment despite my good-natured attempts to work with them. No one has responded to any of my further attempts to establish communication, including the email I sent prior to filing this complaint to give them opportunity to resolve this issue. I also don't appreciate having my appointments canceled.

    Date of this transaction was Jan 16 2024 ************ allows you to pitch a startup for potential funding with money back guarantee I have inquired about a full refund, was given a list of things to do to receive my refund, once I fulfilled my obligations I have stop receiving communication. They have not do anything to rectify. I scheduled calls with them and minutes before the zoom call they end the call.I am looking for my full refund of $2800, as they told me via email they would return to me

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Startup Warriors, a company that claims to support entrepreneurs and startups. I recently engaged with them, providing extensive information about my company, Romp'd, and signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Despite my full cooperation and the significant time invested, Startup Warriors has completely vanished and ceased all communication.Throughout our interactions, I disclosed sensitive business information under the assumption that Startup Warriors would assist in my startup journey. However, after fulfilling all their requirements, including the **** they have not responded to any of my follow-up attempts. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone, but have received no response.Given their sudden disappearance and lack of communication, I am concerned that Startup Warriors may be engaging in unethical practices, potentially fishing for business ideas without any intention of providing the promised support. This situation has not only wasted my time but also left me feeling vulnerable regarding the confidentiality of my business information.I am seeking your assistance in addressing this matter and holding Startup Warriors accountable for their actions. Thank you for your time and attention to this serious issue.
