    It started out great! Great conversations, helpful and communication. However a meeting that I had with **** started out good but then deteriorated with no follow-up. I let **** know what had happened and expressed it was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a refund of the $1600 that I paid due to the 30 day money back guarantee. ****** emailed me in April and told me that the refund would be issued on April 30th. I have not received the refund nor has anyone answered my numerous emails. I made a mistake yet again with another online business that can't be trusted.

    My dad signed up with them a year ago thinking they'd help him get funding for his invention. He was never given support enough, talked to no one and now we're still trying to get a refund for the $4,800 paid, which they refuse to respond to. In the process of filing a lawsuit against this company. Beware!!!

    Theses guys are great, I had a blast with their team and community. I didn't think they were legit when I found them but they were honest with me upfront and gave a lot great feedback on where I needed to go with my fundraise. I came here because I saw some negative reviews about their process and didn't think they were accurately representing how I was treated. It was pretty straight forward, they coached me, helped me put my documents together, and put me infront of their syndicate. I didn't raise the full amount of funding I was looking for but I didn't expect to either. They fulfilled every promise from the get go, so I have nothing but great things to say!

    I hired Startup Warriors for the package that included them building my business plan, pitch deck, financial model and more. After going through their sales process and describing that my business is far more complex than average, the ceo **** confirmed that they were the right fit. I also asked if there would be any addons or upsells I should plan for, and he said no. Immediately after signing up, I requested a zoom call and was told it was email only to communicate with the planning team. Then after the 2nd draft of the business plan, filled with mistakes I was told it would be $100 for more revisions. The table of Contents wasn't the same as the content, and the list of references were all false, I could not find any articles online to match their references. When I asked for the market analysis which is part of every business plan they told me it would be an added charge. After all this, they stopped responding all together. Then when I sent **** the *** an email, he told me he was terminating the contract for a variety of reasons, including a quantity of emails far higher than I actually sent, and other things. When I emailed him back requesting a refund, as the rest of the deliverables were not delivered, he never responded. A week later I let him know I would be filing a credit card dispute and review on BBB. He still didn't respond.So now that my credit card dispute went through. I'm leaving this review. It's one thing to terminate a contract part way through with undelivered work. But not to even respond about a partial or full refund is just terrible in my opinion.This was my experience, and you can decide for yourself how to feel about them.
