  **** just completed a fairly large project for me. Significant repair of rotted wood, repair/ replace shutters and door, painting the entire exterior of the house. ******** and his crew did what they said they would do and did it in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results. I would hire them again.

  **** completed a number of projects for us in the past three weeks and did a very good job. The crew replaced all the siding on our chimney as the 30+ year old siding was rotting and falling off. They did an excellent job lining up the siding to match the house. They also repaired the wooden window next to the chimney that had slid down the frame leaving a 2" gap at the top and replaced and repaired the sash, thus saving us money for window replacement. They painted the entire exterior of the home, painted the pool deck and retaining wall, and restained our wood deck. We had them do some exterior waterproofing for our basement and when they were done you couldn't even tell they had dug the deep trench around that area. They also waterproofed the inside corner of the basement where we had some water intrusion during heavy rains and laid new flooring. They repainted the entire basement room, including the cabinets. The crew works hard and does a good job.

  **** and ******** ********* have done two projects for me. The most recent was a big painting job that included all of the soffits, facia, metal window trim, garage door and four entry doors with a cream puff color and all of the stucco window and door trim with a driftwood gray. I say it was a big job because we have a large ranch style house with two 30 foot plus high gables and 24 windows. The friendly and always pleasant crew worked long days to finish quickly ahead of possible bad weather. As a homeowner and a landlord, I appreciate AIPRs quick response and dedication to quality. They will be at the top of my list for future maintenance at my home and other property.

  I would highly recommend All Inclusive to do work on your home. They are very professional and efficient. The work was started when promised and when finished it was beautiful.

  I highly recommend All Inclusive Property Restoration, LLC. They are professional and complete projects with a high quality. They performed exterior painting and repaired sheetrock in garage ceiling from water damage.

  The crew did a great job painting our trim, stucco, garage doors and front door. The brown garage doors looked better than I expected. Retiled bathroom floor. We are satisfied with the jobs performed. When we're ready for more projects we will give them a call.

  Built and stained a beautiful deck; refurbished a shower for senior safety; re-tiled kitchen floor; painted bathrooms, kitchen and great room with a two-week turn around window. Owner was in contact on near daily basis and viewed work in progress. Supervisor of crews on site. Am very pleased with all results. ****************

  AIPR is EXCELLENT!!! I had several projects inside and outside my home to be completed and they not only completed my projects but added a few extra touches to further improve upon my ideas. The work was completed in a timely fashion as promised and the cost was fair. *** already referred AIPR to several others including family members!
