Paces Restoration was recommended by our insurance company and they were excellent!! *********************, the project manager was prompt, explained everything that was to happen and his team was great!! A job that was quoted for 2 days was completed in one day!!!I would recommend Paces and ***** to anyone who needs their services.

Paces is a wolf in sheep's fur! Who holds the contents of a person home hostage until you receive the final payment, I had from the insurance company? They were paid the deductible plus (2) large check?!!! Paces did! Never received a contract, but every time something needed to be done, they wanted to submit a supplement. I finally got a copy of my contract from my adjuster after they got indignant with the last funds, they knew I had. Had I not received it, I Paces had charged me for fence and two doors that they had not replaced. At this time, my insurance paid them for gutter guards, but they kept telling me it was not in the contract.Yeah, return the funds to ********** and I will get my own contractor to install the gutter guards.Also, if you have workers that don't speak English, at least have someone on-site that does - who stains an area on a soffit with black stain and thinks it was, okay to leave it? Secondly, the biggest thing was the Paces project manager I worked with and the initial accounts receivable person I spoke to. The project manager, I thought was a good fit, but he was all about aligning his pocket for his business; he was never there unless it was a check to collect. The accounts receivable person I spoke to tried to bully her demands. If your State Farm adjuster recommends Paces - don't listen. They are a one-stop shop and gives all appearance as the savior in your time of distress, but they care nothing for the customer except to get what the insurance has paid you.Paces Restoration Services, LLC

HI ****************, this response is to your review. Your contents are in your home and unpacked for you. The insurance carrier pays for the packing of your content, Storage POD and the move back. In this case the cost of unpacking your contents was not covered by your carrier but, as a courteous to you, we unpacked your contents and did not bill you. The insurance carrier sent you the proceeds to pay Paces with and that is what we were asking for. These services were all rendered at the time. You agreed to have the check on site when we unpacked you and you did not. *** went to the bank and got a cashier's check for us at that time. As for the gutter guards, the insurance did agree to pay for these but, it was a month after the gutters were initially installed. Once we receive the final payment from your insurance, we will credit that amount to you or install them. This will be your choice. As for the other items mentioned in your review, The fence was repaired (Photo documentation available if requested) as well as the two interior doors were installed for you. Much of the construction work force is from Espanic background. Paces always has someone available for any concerns or language barrier issues. All of our employees which all communications should go through are English speaking.Review fromNancy J. D

Thank you *********************** for your promptness and expertise on coming to see what was leaking in my home, starting the drying process and all. We are still in the stages of the drying so the construction hasnt begun yet, but this far I am satisfied- Job well done. Under the unfortunate circumstances, Paces Restoration cleaning professionals were heaven sent. This is my first time going through anything like this before. The team: **********************, ******, and **** were not only professional, but extremely polite and considerate. ***** noticed I was on a conference call then inquired of their volume. They werent loud at all. However, I found it thoughtful, she asked.The site lead, ********, ensured we were made aware of what they were going to do, what rooms they would be in, and in what capacity they would be doing each room. She provided valuable insight while walking us through the process. She let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they were coming back. The teams work was thorough. They confirmed with us that nothing went unattended. Even the smoke in the higher windows, walls, and ceilings. Im grateful for the cleaning team!
