  We used them to move our house hold goods when we got moved in And started to unbox things jewelry was missing a bottle or crown royal missing later that week we had friends that saw the movers drinking in the Wendys parking lot packages that had no been opened but we knew what they where for our new home missing **** the owner refused to look at the cameras in the truck just beware of this company

  ***DEN OF THIEVES***On 11/30/2023 I moved from Georgia to ******* because of my job. The move went well, initially. Then, a few days later, I was offered a promotion at work and accepted the position that was in *******, so I decided to move back. I made contact with my rental mgmt company and was able to renew my lease. I called Two Men and scheduled another move within the next six days and requested the same crew. Prior to my move date. I repacked my SUV with all of my personal and delicate belongings, I was unable to fit everything in my SUV that I wanted to personally transport, so I got four contractor garbage bags and affixed an 8X10 piece of paper to the outside of each bag. Two (2) of the bags were clearly labeled "COATS". When the moving crew arrived, I informed and showed the crew chief of the four bags that were to be placed on truck. The crew chief understood my request and assured me the bags would be placed on the truck. Because of time constraints, I had to drive back to ******* before the moving crew finished packing the truck in Alabama. I arrived back to *******, and unpacked my SUV. When the moving truck finally arrived, I was in my kitchen reassembling my dining room table and when needed, pointed out where certain furniture items were to be placed.   After 21 years in the military and relocating a couple of times post Army, this was absolutely the best moving experience I've ever had. ********** in the office to ****** team on the ground, everything went great on my move from Locust Grove to **********, **.1. I didn't have to wait for someone to show up and look at everything. **** asked me a few questions and in a few minutes I had an emailed estimate.2. I had a short time window as I was in a hotel. **** scheduled the pick-up for the very next day.3. The moving team came exactly at the prearranged time and were some of the nicest and respectful movers I've ever met.4. The movers took good care of every item they touched. Everything was carefully wrapped and placed in the truck, not tossed. I have a piano that weighs more than allot of cars that I thought would be a problem-nope they carefully wrapped and handled it safely without a hiccup.5. They transported the lode the same day and placed everything where we wanted it.6. Wife started asking for thing to be arranged and rewrapping of the stuff but the team politely accomplished all of her requests.7. I was terrified item 6 would cause the actual cost would take off like a rocket ship over the estimate. When I got the final bill it was actually $500. dollars less than the estimate! Who charges less than the estimate these days?When we looked at everything mover, we didn't find a single scratch on anything.I couldn't be happier with Two Men and a Truck and will definitely call them again next time I need something moved.

  Two men and truck moved ** from ******* to ********* 2 months ago and damaged a small TV.The value was a mere $80 and after paying them $600.00 for insurance and $6,000.00 in moving cost they have balked at paying that mere $80.For the first month we had to twist some noses to get them to talk about it and now they seem to ignore us even more if thats possible. Dont use these people.

  ****************, We are sincerely sorry that your move did not complete without incident. Your moving service involved a third party, independent storage unit, in which items were out of the companys care, custody and control for a period of time. While it is our aim to remedy all claims for loss expeditiously, there was a measure of due diligence necessary in this circumstance. In an effort of customer service and in consideration of your account, the business has agreed to compensate for the damage to your 32 tube television. The agreement to compensate is not an admission of fault or liability. As previously requested, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to process. We are a bit confused by this BBB review, as it comes post communication regarding the companys position on the matter to extend compensatory remedy.
