    BEWARE, THEY DO NOT CLARIFY THEIR COST UP FRONT!! First, They charge you their hourly rate for usage of the truck. FOR ME, that was $149. They say the state demands it and they count it as a travel fee. HOWEVER, THIS NOT THE ACTUAL FEE FOR DRIVING TIME. You begin paying from the time they arrive the hourly rate; which incudes the travel time, loading and unloading time. IT TOOK ME 35 MINUTES to get to my destination but 1 HOUR for the truck to get to my home (destination) They said they were caught in traffic. Once they got to my home to unload, the driver made a phone call to his supervisor and did not take anything off the truck until the supervisor estimated how much time it would take for them to get items off loaded. DURING THAT TIME THE ***** WAS TICKING! After this HIGHER ESTIMATE, and discussing with supervisor my concern with charges being close to $400 above estimate, I HAD TO PAY THE UPGRADED CHARGES BEFORE THEY WOULD UNLOAD THE ****** Although I had 3 young men; the 1st 30 minutes upon their initial arrival, the driver spent going over documentation; so only 2 men were working. One man was his first day and the other a month on the job. So, the driver went over the paperwork, supervised and coordinated the move. They used dollies at the facility, or it would have taken them longer time. The manager, ****, told me with 3 guys it would be shorter, but Because of delay in travel, extra time in adverse discussion with supervisor and 2 men rather than 3 for at least an hour, I had to pay $400 more than original quote!!! MY RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO USE ***. COMPANY!!! They may be family owned, BUT THEIR SERVICE PRACTICES ARE NOT HOSPITABLE OR REPUTABLE . They should not give an increased quote at my home, WHEN I SHOWED THEM MY STORAGE UNITS, INITIALLY, THEN, THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT COST!! THE SUPERVISOR WAS PERSUASIVE BY GETTING ME TO GET THREE PEOPE INSTEAD OF TWO IN OUR CONVERSATION. BUT IN THE END, I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

    DO NOT USE! RIP OFF ALERT Beware of MJC Moving!I had a highly disappointing experience with MJC Moving. Despite an initial quote of $657.75 for a 4-hour job, they extended the move to 11 hoursmany of which were idleand charged me $1,229.50. The movers threatened to take my belongings to storage and add daily charges if I didn't pay immediately. They also damaged my refrigerator, with an employee admitting fault, and left some of my belongings on the truck, which they still havent returned. ***** this company if you value transparency, professionalism, and care for your items.

    DO NOT USE THIS MOVER!!! Worst experience imaginable. Extorted us by demanding 60% payment above their quote or refused to deliver our goods in the middle of the night after numerous issues on their part. Unimaginable! DO NOT USE THIS MOVER!!!

    Very professional, on time, and very polite. We was able to finish before our estimated time and they took care of all our item. Mr. *************************** and his team was great and organized. They even took time to help my mother place items in her new place. I will definitely hire again if I need to move.

    they were extremely efficient with just 2 movers and were able to move everything in my quoted time! they were both so sweet and even pet my dog after the job was done i couldnt have had a more pleasant experience :) Both of my movers made a stressful day a lot less stressful and I will absolutely use them again!
